Be entertained in the remodeled, Full Size Kitchen which opens into the Living and Dining Area where you can enjoy a smart TV and DVD player and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. B3 also has Free Wifi access. The Bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed, a Twin Folding Bed Sleeper Cushion Chair, and smart TV. The building sports a year-round.This unit is approximately 550 square feet and is located right in the middle of the Copper Mountain Resort with convenient access to the local shuttle stop across the street from the Athletic Club. Copper Valley #B3 is ideal for a small family or people looking for accommodation, away from the crowds, at a reasonable price. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72478 | One parking space per condo available on-site. The place was a bit dated, but overall fine for me and my son to spend a few days. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and had it all to ourselves at times. Good place to Stay

We enjoyed our visit. The condo had everything we needed for a couple of days of skiing. It was a little walk to the lifts but it was really nice to have access to parking on site until 4 pm the last day.

The location is amazing, with a short walk to ski lifts. The building and unit are older with no recent updates. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay and instructions for check-in were confusing. There were not enough pillow cases and the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable. Everything was clean.

Great location but furniture update a must.

We have stayed in this complex before and really like the location. You can ski into the unit from off the slope by the American Eagle or the Condo access. The pool is great too. Love soaking in it after a fun day skiing. The one complaint that I have it that the condo needs a new couch and bed. Not at all comfortable. Put some money into updating the furniture and your guests will return year after year.

It was located right next to the kids ply area and even had a sled for the kids to use. The pool was right next to us as well. Check in was super easy. The only thing we wish we knew more about were the buses around— were they for guests to use, were they free, etc. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend staying there.

Check in process

The check-in process is messed up and takes way too much time. Getting your key at 20 after four and then having to drive and find your condo is not a good start to your vacation.

It was about a 5 minute walk to center village and American Eagle lift, but would not want to walk it in ski bindings. With in walking distance to restaurants. Hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a full day of skiing. The pillows were worn out making them uncomfortable to sleep on. If you plan to sleep 5 in this condo, the 5th person will be sleep on the floor on a roll out set of cushions. Fully stocked kitchen supplied with coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap, salt/pepper, Cooking spray, and dishes/pot/pans. Overall this was great for two people and would recommend this to others.

Terrible Beds for a place costing this much

The Foam Beds are uncomfortable., 2” memory foam on the Queen Bed and 4” Foam Hide a Bed- i tried them both. We did not sleep very well.

Old dated condo spot, not close to chairlifts

Overall this spot is 'fine'. It was clean and we had no wrinkles. Parking is outside. This spot is far from chairlifts, you prob wouldn't want to walk in ski boots from it to chairs. It's a basement. There are windows but it is not garden level. Nothing sexy about this spot, but the heat worked, the door locked, and it was quiet!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the description is super deceiving, it is not a condo at all, it's a one bedroom hotel suite. I arrived and the management company is off site. I checked in with them and they give you a paper map to "navigate" to your hotel that resembles something on the back of a children's menu in a tourist town, or a walking map of a zoo (not even an address to help out). There is almost not signage for parking or the hotel, and the one sign they did have was a different name then on the brochure. The only way I new I was at the right building is because my key card worked. Which is really sad because while the hotel was very dated they embraced it in a very quaint way; they had an old vhs with movies and old classic books and board games. It would have been an awesome stay if I knew what to expect and they were more helpful with literally anything.

The Copper vacations staff provide great support and service.

We have stayed at other various ski resorts in the past, and this was the best one, at a competitive price. Things like a parking spot, new towels provided mid week, use of the athletic facility and use of the underground garage for loading and unloading made this a cut above. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they sent a maintenance person out the same day. The staff seemed like they truly wanted to make your stay the best. My only complaint about the village is that they lacked sidewalks. You had to walk in the street to get around, which meant getting dirty slush sprayed on you when cars and busses went by.

Nice economical lodging. Had four people stay and we were fine for space. Only thing, the unit we stayed in didn't have ski storage lockers, although it was advertised as such. Wasn't a huge deal stored the skis in the condo. Would stay again for a similar trip.
