Very nice stay

The home is very well laid out. It ia great for kids and multiple families. I'm sure mist of the year it is not needed, but a pool heater would be nice for a January stay.

Little slice of heaven.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The small private beach and the pools were definitely worth it. We traveled with 9 of us and there was definitely enough room. This is a great place for kids, the house is lived in and clearly you can tell the owner has kids so it definitely took some stress off since we were traveling with 5 kids! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Memorial Day Vaca

Great location and a good property. The weather was warm and the A/C in the rooms worked nicely. Just a heads up that the central rooms/kitchen don’t have A/C but with the nice cross breezes, the house is designed to be opened up each morning to let the air move through. Once we figured that out, it was a much more comfortable experience. Would definitely book again if we decide to visit T/C again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront property in Turks and Caicos. Our group included four families with young children, and the house was perfect for all of us.The property was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. The layout worked beautifully for multiple families — plenty of space for everyone to spread out, while still having great common areas where we could gather together. The beachfront location truly made the trip special. Being able to walk straight out to the sand each morning with the kids was unbeatable. It made beach days effortless and relaxing for both parents and little ones. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. It’s rare to find a property that feels both luxurious and family-friendly, but this one absolutely delivered. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling together.

The outdoor space is the highlight of this property! Traveled with a group of 7 spanning three generations as a 65th birthday celebration for my father. Pros: The pool, beach, and outdoor space were an easy 5 stars. Pool was a great size for our group and a great depth (adults could stand throughout). Beach was gorgeous with schools of fish every day. The breeze was incredible and the views stunning. House itself was spacious, air conditioning worked great, and well sound-proofed. The views are truly picture perfect! We were traveling with an 18 month old so the slide was also a big hit, and they had baby gates that were a life saver! Kitchen was well stocked for serveware and we loved having the kamado Joe smoker/grill. Cons: House had some maintenance issues that weren’t deal breakers but were disappointing for the price point (broken stove burners, broken couch in movie room, shower fixtures, grill not cleaned). We did have some access issues with the gate and guest house key pad battery dying. They were resolved in about a day, but the guest house access would have been far more problematic if we had been using it for a bedroom. It seems the instructions provided for a lockbox are old, and there are no longer spare physical keys provided. Downstairs layout of the main house was also a bit strange. Had the most phenomenal living room upstairs with amazing views, but no central space/couch to gather on the main level. Overall memorable stay in a beautiful property!

Happy 65th birthday to your father! We're so glad the incredible pool, beach views, and baby-friendly features made for such a memorable family celebration. We really appreciate you highlighting both the pros and the areas where we can improve. We're so sorry about the gate and guest house keypad issues, but glad our team could get that sorted for you. Regarding the maintenance items you mentioned—like the stove, couch, and shower fixtures—we wish we would have known about these during your stay! We absolutely would have sent our team over right away to fix them up for you. Rest assured that all are being addressed. Thank you again for the helpful feedback, and we'd love to host your family for another beautiful beach getaway in the future!
