This condo is on the 1st, floor facing the beautiful gardens and is next to the pool. The kitchen has been remodeled along with the bathroom. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to reflect a modern look. The microwave is also an oven. This condo is on the ground floor. One bedroom with soft decor and 54 inch palsma tv for ending the day with relaxation..The living room has a sofa/sleeper and chair with light blue, green and yellow color to start your day. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. The bathroom is grey, silver chrome with fluffy towels for your soft dry. It has waik-in shower with frameless glass door. The living room and bedroom have access to the patio with a tangerine orange tabel and 4 chairs to enjoy a cool drink while taking in the beautiful gardens and the pool. There are 2 buildings on the property. Each building has its own pool. The pools are heated. It also has a grilling area with 2 grills and tables with seating. This area is also perfect for viewing the firework display done by the neighboring bar & grill: Clayton's.

Charming and modern

This was our second year staying at this location and we LOVE it! The property has excellent beach access, everyone is super friendly, amenities are superb and the location to other island activities is fabulous. You wouldn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to, it has everything you need. The owner is wonderful and very helpful and friendly. We have made this our yearly summer place to stay. Thank you so much for another amazing stay. Oh and they are super dog friendly! Our 2 Boston Terriers have a great time too!

Wonderful! Everything was perfect, felt right at home. It is in a perfect location to the beach, stores, etc. we are very happy with our choice and hope to make it a yearly thing with Ms. Gonzales!

Best choice ever!

We arrived to a room that was chilled and inviting. Amenities are all modern and everything works! The residence was clean, no mold or funny odors. The shower is spacious. My favorite had to be the bed. I am supper picky about beds, but this one lulled me to sleep. Everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach is provided; chairs and pull wagon to carry your beach towels and coolers. It is located just a few paces from the pool. The staff although are always busy are extremely help. Kudos to the Tiki. I highly recommend this property. All 5 stars are deserved.

Perfect location at the Tiki!

This unit has a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard, yet affords privacy by a covered patio and flowering shrubs. Yet one can still enjoy basking in the sun. Flora is gracious, kind, and wants her guests to be completely satisfied. This property is in a quiet location with friendly neighbors.

Condo is great and very complete for my wife and me. Nicely equipped including beach chairs and wagon to carry to beach which is very close. Previously we had condo on second floor so we very much liked to be on ground level. Owners are especially gracious and accommodating. Cannot wait to return next Jan and Feb.
