Close to beach is best thing about it

I think the best way to describe this place is its Motel 8 level of a place to stay. It's clean-ish but worn down inside. If you all you care about is location and a place to rest your head then this is the place for you. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We have never stayed in this area before so perhaps for the price we got what we paid for. Things I took issue with: upholstered chairs were stained, ceiling had water damage that had haphazardly been repaired, holes around ceiling light fixtures, washer that had black stains on the seal, shower curtain rod that was covered in rust and front door wouldn't open all the way either b/c of warping or poorly installed floor. Place reminded me of one of those places on HGTV where they show the poor job a flipper did to make a quick buck. Property manager was EXCELLENT! Very friendly, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating.
