Una amplia vista de este condominio planta superior. Tan pronto como entras, su punto de vista sueño se realiza, haciendo de este el apartamento que desea alquilar en cualquier momento del año!

Toda la unidad fue remodelada en el año 2012! Pisos de madera de bambú, Nueva lavadora y secadora, cocina de acero inoxidable nuevo, todo nuevo exclusivo! Así que muy bien decorado y bien equipado, todo para hacer su estancia cómoda y divertida! Hay tanta luz natural que entra por las puertas corredizas de vidrio en el interior.

Viendo el delfín de la gran cubierta con su familia y amigos es una aventura en sí mismo! La cubierta tiene un montón de asientos para 6! 2 nuevas tablas de altura de la barra y asientos de capitán. También un planeador relajante para ver las estrellas del cielo!

Cada una de las siguientes habitaciones tiene una gran TV de pantalla plana!

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con un armario, incluyendo 2 bastidores equipaje para el desembalaje y un baño completo en suite con bañera y ducha.

La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales y un armario, también incluye 2 bastidores de equipaje.

La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama nueva de matrimonio cómoda y un escritorio para escribir esas postales o echa un vistazo a Pinterest en su computadora portátil! Tenemos WiFi gratis!

El segundo baño se encuentra en el pasillo junto a la segunda habitación y también incluye una bañera y ducha.

Disfrutar de conexiones inalámbricas en todo el condominio!

Nueva cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cafetera y Keurig para preparar una cena acogedora para cenar en la terraza, con sillas de capitanes y mesa de comedor, así como hermosos muebles Broyhill en el interior. Todo lo que necesita para relajarse y disfrutar de su tiempo de playa! Internet sin cables, pantallas planas grandes en salón y dormitorios.

Disfrutar de la tranquilidad de Kure Beach, a poca distancia de la playa de Carolina, restaurantes, paseo marítimo y las tiendas. Condominio está cruzando la calle desde el centro de reconstrucción Fort Fisher, por la calle del acuario de Carolina del Norte y Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry!

Great location and amenities, comfortable and convenient. Quieter and less crowded (even on July 4th week), but a short drive from more activity. Great setup for families.

Great beach getaway

This place was great! My teenage sons and I stayed for the weekend and we had wonderful time. Perfect ocean front location! Very close to restaurants, shops and fishing pier.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Amazing location. Beautiful views. Loved hearing the ocean every moment we were there. Condo was clean and comfortable. Space was as described. My only constructive criticism would be that the sliders are difficult to open and close. Not a big deal for us, but maybe could be for some. We did reach out to the owner once and we got a quick response. We really were delighted with the location. In this area location is everything and this one can't be beat. We had rain for short amounts of time every day we were there, but because this is right on the beach we were able to stay out until it truly started raining and get back to it as soon as the rain stopped. Son was sad to leave and is already talking about coming back next year.

No surprises

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

Family road trip

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!

Condo plays starring role in great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a role it was born to play, the Bianchi Condo proved to be a hit for a family spending a week in Kure Beach. Everything was easy from renting to checking-in to checking-out. The chairs on the deck are amazing for watching the waves during the day or the stars at night. The condo was all around lovely and put in an amazing performance all the way until the fascinating “gear” clock on the wall told us it was time to go.

We rode our bikes every day and walked the beautiful beach. The small family owned businesses are refreshing and the fact that chain restaurants are not there is great. We are considering retiring in this area in a few years. We will be back for sure.

We've stayed at the property for the past 5-6 years and the owners keep the property well maintained and have made improvements over the years as well.
