Nouvellement disponible pour la location de vacances mai 2018 !!! Je l'ai retiré du marché des vacances et j'ai vécu ici pendant quelques années. De retour sur le marché !!
Venez profiter de la vue magnifique sur la plage depuis le balcon avant et la voie navigable intercoastal depuis le balcon arrière. Détendez-vous et passez du temps avec vos amis et votre famille dans cette unité familiale et à la plage. Le balcon avant est idéal pour prendre le soleil pendant la journée et écouter les vagues et profiter de la brise de l'océan le soir avec une boisson fraîche à la main.
ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ en 2016 ... NOUVEAU plancher, comptoirs de cuisine, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, vanités de salle de bain, matelas et bien plus encore ... 2017 baignoires refaites surface, meubles de salon, etc.
La chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain privée. Il y a 2 autres chambres, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux. Fait une grande chambre d'enfants. Mes adolescents amènent des amis et réclament toujours cette chambre.

The host was super responsive and communicated promptly about any changes. The condo was very clean and you could see and hear the ocean that is across the street and in the back you could see the inlet with the boats and such. Very quiet, the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook. Very happy with our stay, would definitely book again!

This was a nice place to stay.The only drawback was four flights of steep stairs. My elderly in-laws had great difficulty reaching the top. If steps are not a problem, you will enjoy it!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Very spacious & clean. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The check in instructions were super thorough & easy to follow. The condo is conveniently located between two public beach accesses with a short walk. The views are AMAZING. The condo is also a short drive to shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, the aquarium. We had such a good time. 10/10 will be back.

Great views from the Front and back

Great communication with the owner, the place was perfect for my family (UNCW Parents weekend). Awesome water views from both the front and back decks. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Carolina Beach.

Our family has always enjoyed the beach and the times that we get to spend together at the beach with friends. When our son and daughter were in middle/high school they were very active in sports and school activities, which limited the amount of time we could use the unit. When their and our schedules allow we used the unit every opportunity that we had. After our youngest went to college we decided to move to the beach and lived in the condo from 2016 until August 2017. We have now bought a house on Pleasure Island and will use the condo as overflow for friends and family when it's not rented. As you can tell we love the area and now call it home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this location because it's an easy ride straight down I40E from Raleigh to Carolina Beach. We liked the views from the balconies which are great to sun on or relax in the evening and watch the sunsets. Our teenage kids enjoy bringing friends down and enjoying the beach. It's a nice family oriented beach and the kids come and go, between the beach and the pool as they like. The room with the 2 sets of bunk beds gives them convenient arrangement to bring friends.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unit is 3 flights of steps from the beach with convenient beach storage located on the ground floor to store beach stuff. There is a full size pool with this property which we really enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and other utensils.
