BRIEF!

We arrived at this property and found out that the initial part of checking in entailed standing in line in the rain to get a parking pass issued. After 30 minutes we made it to the unit only to be met by a bathroom with a leak and what appeared to be black mold. The host was going to have it looked at after we checked out a couple days later. When I pushed back, she offered to send a painter. We decided to leave so we checked out the same day and got a refund. Beware of this property.

Thank you for visit and support, I’m glad that you leave your true feedback. Also thank you for informing the leaking part need to be fixed (photo of evidence shows but without the mold; although I’ve asked several times). Reason being the leaking have to be fixed after your check out is that, during weekends especially and high traffic in Cameron Highlands; it’s difficult to get a plumber to come over. I’ve shows my sincere apologies and try my best to get the problem solved. The refund already be made without further delay. Hope you can see my response to this matter as a host. Thank you
