Our first-floor unit (No Steps at All) has Three-bedrooms, Two-full baths, full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps 8.
Our condo is a first-floor unit (no steps at all) and very well maintained. Smart TVs in all Bedrooms and Living room, clean bed linens and towels are provided. Pool and hot tub with-in 100 feet of unit. 1,350 square feet of space to spread out in or relax on the screened in porch. Just 1 mile off route 501 and only 8-minutes to the beach. Very clean bathrooms with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Convenient to all attractions, and town shopping. Around 80 golf courses with-in 30-minute drive. Over 1,000 restaurants to satisfy any appetite, and near the 1.2-mile New Board Walk, Myrtle Beaches newest attraction between 2nd Ave. and 14th Ave. Free Wi-Fi in unit. Restrictions

Family vacation

The property was very nice and well kept perfect location it was practically 10/15 minutes away from everything definitely going to make this a yearly family vacation

Quick Myrtle Beach trip

Everything was as advertised. Very nice and quiet location. Only issue was the check in code provided by property manager was incorrect however within minutes of letting them know we were contacted back with a code that worked on the door. Very prompt response time.

Family weekend

We were in town to celebrate our niece's graduation. The property was about 15 minutes from their home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was clean and well maintained, only issue was getting in as communication was a bit lacking but resolved fairly quickly. Close to everything, definite plus. Would stay again in the future.

Home away from home

My family has stayed at this property multiple times over the years. It's located on the ground level, so there are zero steps which is perfect for my parents in their 70's. The younger family members love that it's conveniently located directly across from the pool. The property is always clean and the owner is super responsive. Looking forward to booking again next summer.

Best Stay Ever

My family, was very pleased at staying at this rental. It was very clean, and comfortable, and it was a home away from home. I will be renting this unit again this year for my family. It was nice for us to spend some time and not have to climb up steps. Highly recommended,

Nice place

Overall nice and pleasant stay. Owner quick to reply. Easy check in. Just a suggestion that maybe stock refrigerator with at least water. . Thought the place was spotless until we stripped the linens on last day and there were huge stains on two of the beds.

Great stay

There was a little mix up in the beginning but once it was figured out everything was good. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is close to all major attractions, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly as well. My only issue would be communication, I reached out the first 2 days and could not reach anyone nor did anyone ever get back to me. I would definitely stay here again and refer others as well.

Family vacation

The place was clean and roomy and perfect for our family. The location was great. We were close enough to everything that we needed to be. The only problem we had was that the twin beds had uncomfortable mattresses. Which would probably not matter if you have small children in the beds. But we had teenagers and an adult. Other than the twin beds not being comfortable we had zero complaints! We would definitely stay there again!

Check in process

We were given the wrong apartment & code. Once we got in chose our rooms & disinfected another family walked in and said the unit was there’s. We had to leave and wait until a Vrbo service rep answered and helped us get into he correct apartment. It took like a hour or 2. We could not get in contact with property manager at all after 3-4pm. So just make sure you check in earlier not right at 4 . The water stunk as well so run it for a few clean then shower.

Nice Condo - you can trust this review!

The condo was very nice and clean. The decor is golf related which was fine. We would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay away from the "action". The only major issue we had was upstairs there was a child(ren) that would be running all hours of the day and probably up until midnight or so - not sure if it was someone who lived there or a vacationer but it was very annoying - I did not say anything while we were didn't really feel it was my place but I did email the owner of this condo so hopefully that is something he can look into because when my 2 kids were tired of hearing it you know it got bad at times. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil/pot/pan you could think of for cooking you really don't have to bring anything. There were a few minor issues in the master bath but again I emailed the owner but it wasn't anything that would have keep us from staying here again. We love Myrtle Beach and plan on returning for many years to come. I think this year our favorite place to eat was Senour Frogs - get the spaghetti it was awesome and you have to sit inside to be a part of the action. Our biggest disappointment was Peaches - I was expecting more than it really is - was disappointed with the food (burgers and hotdogs) Fuddruckers was much better and actually cheaper!

Amazing As Usual

I’ve stayed at several properties from this owner. Every time my band comes to the area to perform we try to make sure we reserve one of their properties. Well appointed, always spotless and in a great area!
