Location, Location.. On the Course & a 5 minute ride to the BEACH!

The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, cozy yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.
No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have a keypad on the front door.
We have amazing mattresses (we travel a lot and know how important a good night sleep is) All smart TVs, comfortable patio set on an oversized, private balcony, to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, with excellent walking paths and or biking (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach is really close and has so much to see and do. Even on a rainy day, Broadway at the Beach, has many neat themed shops, Wonderworks, Pop Golf, restaurants and so much more. We enjoy going to the Hangout at Broadway and listeningto the live bands in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs they provide. The condo is also perfectly centered around many Golf Courses, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf.... you name it!
My husband and I love the beach on 38th Ave (5 minute drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. Nice area and friendly hosts who gave a quick response when we had some trouble with getting into the pool. Very handy to have the washer and dryer. Our favorite part was having the walk/run trail right across the street and we all got a few miles in each morning that it wasn’t raining.

Definitely come back

Just loved this condo. It was beautiful, clean and a great location. We had everything we needed for our stay. So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. We also used the pool on the property which was also very nice and quiet. This is a definite would come back again. The owners were very attentive to our questions.

Beautiful

Everything is just as it was listed. This place was clean, spacious, and a great location to all the attractions. The hosts were friendly and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. We felt safe in the community and inside the condo. We will book here again for future stays in the Myrtle Beach area if it’s available!

Lovely condo, clean and bright

Roomy with all the conveniences of home. Loved the view of the huge oak tree from the balcony slider. Within minutes of the beach, attractions, restaurants and necessities. Very friendly and safe community. Across the street from the bike/walking trail. Had a few issues, but owners responded right away. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Adkissons

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely go back. The condo was just like the description on the website. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. Excellent host and location

We enjoyed our stay at for the week of Nov 18 to Nov 25. The unit was very clean, and for us, it was a good Myrtle Beach location. Getting the living room TV seemed more difficult to turn-on than it should have been. There were three remotes, with one being for the sound bar, that seemed to be a factor in turning on the TV. Seemed like we had to keep fiddling with the remotes and the "source." Never figured out the one remote. The electric stove was a challenge to use. Had difficulty knowing how to adjust the stove top burner temperature. Also, if you plan to cook, bring your own sharp knives! Had two questions and our host was not only very quick to respond, but also very pleasant to talk with. The owner host had a nice welcoming touch - a bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen counter!

We had a wonderful lengthy stay at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. It was close to shopping, the beach, the airport and much more. Our communication with the hosts was timely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I are an energetic couple who enjoy the outdoors and have a passion for travel. We are both avid golfers and also love a lounge day at the beach listening to music while basking in the South Carolina sunshine. We enjoy bicycling and boating and we have rented both while we here. Myrtle Beach has a little something for everyone and that is why we settled on purchasing our condo here. We love it here so much we decided to add a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the beach in North Myrtle. VRBO #2882150. We hope you enjoy it here (which ever one of properties you choose) as much as we do and treat them as if it were your own while you are our guest.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this property because of the well-balance location between golf and surf. As we stated previously, we enjoy golfing and fell in love with the community's proximity to two golf beautiful and challenging courses, (Palmetto and Pinehills) and we also enjoyed the people we met walking our dog on the property. We honestly had never experienced so many friendly people that make eye contact with you to say hello. (coming from Boston that is an anomaly) The grounds are well cared for and the pool is immaculate. It's a 5 minute drive down one street to the beach!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What is unique about our property is it is truly our home. We decorated it professionally and made sure the beds were extremely comfortable and built well. You won’t find squeaky old mattresses and feel springs on your back tossing and turning all night. We have had our guests tell us it is the best night sleep they have ever had... and lets face it the sun takes a lot out of you and that recharge is essential to get up and go the next day! But aside from that, we have nice touches, like blenders, even a Nutri-bullet, a high end cooler for the beach for our guests to use, beach chairs, beach towels... lots of extras that set our home apart from the condos that get you in and get you out. My husband and I will always supply our cell phone numbers and while you are our guest, we are there for you to answer any questions, or suggestions you might have.
