The Ocean Vista Towers is a beautiful beachfront retreat only minutes from South Padre Island's finest attractions. Ocean Vista Towers is located in the heart of the South Padre Islands beach district. As you walk into your condominium at the Ocean Vista, your attention is immediately drawn to the profusion of floor to ceiling windows which lead you the spacious balcony overlooking endless miles of the Gulf of Mexico's finest coastline.

This unit has breathtaking gulf and bay views, with comfortable beds and pillows! Property staff are courteous, friendly, and polite. Although the kitchen appliances could use an update, we enjoyed our visit.
We had a great stay at this property. It was gated and felt safe. The property and the condo were clean and we had easy access to the hot tub, pool and ocean!
The place had a great view of the Gulf shore and the sound and sight of the waves was wonderfully relaxing.The grounds were well kept and in good repair. Our condo could have used some updating, but was still quite comfortable despite an inadequately stocked kitchen (as in utensils). Our main complaint was beach accessories. Umbrellas and chairs were for owners only and the rental companies were not allowed to provide them to our section of beach by local SPI statute. Apparently the ownership of OV really wants to street that renters are second class at best.
My husband and I were happy with "Bimini Beach" condo the minute we walked in the door and felt the cool a.c. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the view from both the living room and the bedroom was incredible. In fact, you have a full view of the bay from the front door and can view the fireworks on Friday night if you want to. We were provided with everything we needed to get our stay started. This included dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, soap in baths, and trash bags. I loved the shopping carts provided to bring all your stuff upstairs. My only negative comment would be that the bath tubs could be updated. A stand up shower in the master bathroom would be nice. That said, they were functional and the rest of the condo was perfect. We loved our few days in our clean, cool, quiet condo. A+++
Loved this condo! Right on beach and everything in condo worked great. Awesome set up for us and we would go back in a heartbeat. Awesome views from front to back.
Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket. After checking in, make a left on Padre Blvd. and head south to the intersection of Redsnapper st. & Padre Blvd. turn left onto Redsnapper st. and go to the end of the block where Redsnapper st. ends at Gulf Blvd. and take A right Ocean Vista will be one block down Gulf Blvd on the left. The Ocean Vista entrance is at 2800 Gulf Blvd. and enter the gate code given at check-in. Enter the parking area and park in any open or unmarked space. The maximum number of vehicles allowed on the premises is "1" , a second vehicle is allowed to park at the west side outside the fence as long as it is registered with your rental. Please be sure to sign-in at the reception desk to receive your parking permit. Take the elevators to the 11th floor, as you step off the elevators to your right #1103 will be on the left hand side of walkway.
Between the hours of 9-5 please check in with the onsite manager at Ocean Vista Towers to receive your security wristbands. If you arrive after 5pm, please stop by her office the following morning.
