Newly remodeled kitchen, baths, and basement! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful fully fenced backyard with a deck, BBQ grill and large table to enjoy the outdoors! 4 Smart HD TVs and high speed internet! 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. Another bedroom and full bathroom in the basement together with an open recreation area including a video game arcade and a ping pong table. Fully stocked kitchen. A comfortable and convenient base for your visit!

Perfect for 7 people! Parking was a little bit of a hassle, I expect it would be very difficult on a game day or graduation. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend. The ping pong table was a nice plus

We rented this place for friends of ours with 6 kids and they very much enjoyed their stay. The kids had a great time playing ping pong and the arcade games. We will definitely consider it again when we need a good place with plenty of beds and something for the kids to do. Nice and clean as well! Teresa

House was very nice. Even tried out the ping pong and enjoyed dinner around the patio table one night. We wish there would have been bath mats, at least one small ti medium saucepan and a larger nonstick frying pan that was safe to use

Place was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Easy to find and comfortable. Only wish there was an ice maker.

Great place to stay for Purdue Basketball

We had a wonderful experience! We came for a Purdue Basketball Game with some old friends. There was plenty of room for our family and friends. The location was perfect and the house was comfortable and clean.

Property was very well suited for our needs. Only problem we had was the shower on the main floor worked the first day fine, did not work the second day.

Clean, comfy, convenient for family

We thought the kitchen was well-appointed, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful, and the back deck was lovely for our morning coffee! A perfect cottage! Roomier than the pictures suggest! Loved the spa-like decor, too! Thank you!

Easter Weekend Visit to Purdue

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the stadium & campus. The house felt bigger than we thought. There is another complete living area downstairs! There is a big deck with table & chairs and large kitchen with table and breakfast bar. The big screen TV was perfect place to enjoy watching Purdue basketball win!! We will visit again for sure!
