The Lake is at a perfect level. It should be a nice summer for enjoying the lake.
NEW across the cove is the new Hydrous Wakeboard Park.
Our chic and cozy lake house has everything you need to have a great time. Peaceful area great for swimming, fishing, wildlife watching, kayaking, canoeing and/or paddleboating. Our Guest houses are together, so if you have a small group, you can rent another one or two.
We have our deluxe Pontoon boat we rent exclusively to our guests, when available. We also keep kayaks, watermats, a canoe, and a paddleboat available for our guests to rent when conditions permit.
This particular property's first bedroom has a Queen bed and the second one has a full bed with a twin trundle bed.
We have a charcoal grill and a wood burning campfire pit that is always a hit with both adults and children. This house is a wonderful place to relax and watch a gorgeous sunset either at the burn pit or under the covered porch with a sunset bar. The porch has a table and two bar areas for you to use. The porch is equipped with a ceiling fan to help you stay cool while enjoying your favorite beverages or food.
We provide satellite TV on a new large screen TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven.
Our lakehouse is conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Frisco. Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Park, Mall, and fine restaurants are just minutes away. There are lots of restaurants, shopping areas, and family entertainment opportunities just minutes from the house. DFW and Love Field are on 35 minutes away.

Neither the photos nor the descriptions do it justice. A first look at the outside of this property from the street left me underwhelmed, however, when I opened the door my eyes popped. Wow! Chic and cozy are a start. How about sparkling and welcoming?
The unit/cottage, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped (Tip: before buying ANYTHING, rummage around first!) What passes for a living room/TV area (pix with sofa) is tiny, probably because visitors want to spend their time outside. The entire wall facing the lake is windows, giving an excellent view of the lake. Covered patio is private and chill. There is a road and some ongoing development visible across the lake but it is far enough away not to be a real nuisance.
The property is within a few minutes drive of the booming city of Frisco, close to everything but still removed. You can easily miss the turnoff from the main road but when you find it you drive past a school and some (soon to be) new houses, take a sharp right and bam, you are on the peninsula or in the "village". It stands in marked contrast to the rows of expensive new "MiniMcMansions" jammed together, penned into subdivisions on the drive in. Some visitors may not initially care for the appearance of a few of the properties on the peninsula as they drive in (the properties are mostly older summer homes - whadda ya want?) but part of its charm is the relaxed, casual and non-judgemental atmosphere. It has its own vibe which you need to experience to appreciate. It's hard to explain. All of the people I met were nice. The owners (Jerry & Jerri) are a major part of the welcoming atmosphere and a delight to interact with.
Dogs and children will have a great time here. The lake charts show stump hazards in the water farther out the cove so they don't see a lot of fast, noisy water traffic.
BOTTOM LINE: It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a cookie-cutter type of resort staffed by a bunch of minimum wage workers with no real stake in your vacation experience then look elsewhere. If you are interested in slowing down, putting your feet up, and chilling (or boating, fishing, etc.) then you may want to consider becoming a guest of Jerry and Jerri.
Thank you J&J for your hospitality and kindness. I hope we meet again soon.
Our stay was perfect!!! Exceptionably well equipped, cozy accommodations, gracious hosts, and a perfect waterfront view. What a diamond in the rough. Can't wait to come back!! ~ The Scherrer Family
Nicest bed linens ever in a vacation rental! Not a bare bones camp house type house, this LAKEFRONT house will spoil you. Usually a vacation lake home means roughing it with old appliances and and a few worn utensils from my grandmother's time, which can be fun in its own way -but not this lake house. Yes, you drive through an older neighborhood full of friendly people to get there, glad I knew to expect it. Once you are inside, its just you and the lakefront - we kept all the lakefront blinds up our entire stay to enjoy every possible minute. The kitchen island is set up so you can eat or work at it and still enjoy the lake. This vacation home has so many updates - all to make your stay as easy as can be - we felt at home minutes into arriving. Didn't get a chance to ask about the fun tiles in the shower. Our dogs loved the place. The patio with the comfortable furniture and the privacy was wonderful. Our dogs loved sitting with us and watching the water and enjoying the sunsets each evening. We hope to have our grandkids soccer team stay and split the cost of several of these houses - what a perfect place to stay during a youth soccer tournament - the players will love it! (We call dibs on this house:)
Had a great time staying here with our family of four. We came to Frisco to visit family and decided why not stay at the lake? The home is close enough to town so nothing is to far of a drive. The neighborhood is far enough out though that you feel like you are out in the country. I would highly recommend this home to small familys looking to spend time at the lake but still do all the fun stuff that Frisco has to offer.
We had a fantastic time. This is our second time spending a week on Lake Lewisville with our grandchildren and a fun time was had by all!
The property was clean and it had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend with our family. We would recommend it to anyone, and We will certainly be back.
