Stay Away. Not a safe location and not a nice place

What a terrible experience. First off we informed the host our flight got in late so it would be after 10 pm when we arrived. Imagine finding out in middle of night that your rental was in the worst part of town possible. We get to the house and the electronic lock doesn’t function. Multiple tries and not help. We messaged the host. And called the host. While we kept attempting to get in multiple rough and obviously under the influence individuals walking up and down the street and riding bikes. One even offered to help us break in to the house for money. Finally as we were loaded back up in the vehicle the host calls back after midnight and gets the door open. We enter the house and it is nothing like the photos. We contacted host again and let them know how upset we were about being duped by this property. They assured us we would be refunded for the misrepresentation and after multiple messages assuring a solution we still have received not response other that they are looking into it. Please for your safety do not book this home.

Short trip for College Family day. The listing was in great proximity to the College and other local attractions. There were some great amenities within the location. The property owners were very communicative.

Family Weekend

Family weekend theme park trip with son and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time and the house was excellent. Lots of room for everyone and very clean. The private suite was very nice! I would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here

Drove 1250 miles to get here and they never sent me check in info, I had to find there phone # and call them, check in was 4pm and they called me back at 3:55 and said I could not check in until 4:45 because cleaners were not done, cleaners left dirty towels on clean beds and when I called again to tell them they had someone come to pick them up and the lady was swearing at us because she had to come get them, pictures do not do this place justice, it is a very small place with only a couch and no room for chairs, neighbor hood is sketchy, mother in law suite does not have any pots and pans or a coffee pot and the window blinds are see threw at night when the lights are on, owners communicate when you get there but then ignore you after you check out, no towel racks for showers and no place to put soap other then the floor in the master bath shower, mother in law suite the shower is very small The Fridge temp control did not work correctly and it froze all the fresh food and drinks I put in it over night.

Comfy , cozy and nice

The house was just as pictured It was clean , comfy and cozy Plenty of sleeping space for a large family . It had most everything we needed It is located in an older part of town but We didn’t have any issues . It’s in a very convenient locate Close to all the main attractions, grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend the Tampa City Pass Saves lots of money and the house is within 4-7 miles of most of the attractions. We enjoyed our stay The owner is great about communication before and during the stay .

Great Home!

This was a great house (and back house!), especially for trips that are more than a few days. We were able to stock the big fridge and have meals in the spacious kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also spacious, and there was plenty of closet space. The furniture and appliances are all modern, and it looks exactly like the pictures. The back house is adorable! There was so rain so we didn't use the outdoor area, but it looked great. Overall we were really happy with this space, and would definitely stay there again. The four star rating is only because - checking in, one of the door codes didn't work. BUT I received a response almost immediately and we were able to get in. We had a great experience.

Met our short-term needs

The property location is convenient to Central Tampa and several local attractions. Easy access to major interstates made commuting extremely easy. The home is located in an older neighborhood, first impressions left an uncomfortable feeling but the local people were friendly and no safety concerns were encountered. The city of Ybor offers excellent food and entertainment opportunities. The home amenities are average. Cleanliness could be improved as well as adding small touches such as towel racks in the bathroom. Parking is limited to the street directly in front of the home. Streets are narrow.

Quiet & Cozy

The host was responsive and had good customer service. The pictures were accurate and the home was stocked with the necessary essentials. The queen beds were comfortable, the king bed wasn't very sturdy. The location is near the highway and Ybor. The neighborhood isn't the best, but we didn't have any issues and the neighbors were friendly.
