This felt like a cozy cabin feel. Was clean and had two balconies. Host was very responsive and the views were beatify with the leaves changing!!

The property was clean and comfortable. It overlooks the little square, which was nice to spy on our friends :-) Communication with the office was great - they even sent a "checking in" text, which was super nice. The office where you pick up your keys is a bit far though, so plan accordingly if you're in an Uber/Lyft or shuttle. It would be difficult with luggage if you're just dropped off there (that's the only reason for 4 stars). The office was very responsive though! The Black Bear lodge is labeled 129, not 195 (per the address), so that was a bit confusing. But it's very clearly labeled Black Bear, so we knew where to go . It's so close to the gondola, so that was great. We didn't do any cooking, but it seemed to be decently stocked. We'd for sure stay again.

We love our stay at Black Bear 8046. The location was perfect. The decor was so nice. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed their outside hot tub. Small, but private. Nice lobby area with a tv and fireplace. Restaurant, shops, lifts are right next door. My biggest regret is we only stayed one night.

Overall we were happy with this condo. We have stayed before and it definitely is in need of some updates. Screens on windows would be nice, fans that work, a coffee maker that actually brews coffee in a normal amount of time....not 30min for 10cups ..a Keurig would be better and more than 2 bath towels would be nice. If you are staying at this location for a festival...be sure to check where stage placement will be. This is no fault of the condo owner but the stage was set up directly in front of our condo so we saw nothing. Also, there were two couples with 2 cars for this trip. The car parked in the lot received a 50 parking ticket. It would be nice if multiple guests could get some type of parking pass for the outside lots.

The property is in a fantastic location with 2 balconies overlooking the River Run village area. The unit was very clean and has been well cared for. The only negatives I can point to was the time of the year of our visit which has nothing to do with the unit at all. The majority of the shops and restaurants were closed. Also the building hallways were undergoing renovation so there was constant construction, noise, and smells of paint in the hallway. I would pick a different time of the year to visit next time.

Great central location for skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge & Vail. Loved the underground parking, ski lockers, and proximity to Gondola.

Overall the rental was as described. Some of the pots and pans were not great (I was told they would be replaced for the next renters after we reported it). The rental company had very good communication with us, which was appreciated. The unit was very clean and very roomy for our group. Very comfy!

Literally perfect. Perfect location, right by all the shops and dining. A 5 minute walk to the gondola.The room was spacious for 6 people. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc.The TVs had Netflix and cable. Bathrooms had nice hot water. The hotub and Susan was nice. I give this place a 10 out of 10, my family loved it
