Your Florida Keys getaway is located in the peaceful and sought-after Coco Plum neighborhood of Marathon!

This charming condo offers comfort, convenience, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The bright living area features a Smart TV, a cozy queen sleeper sofa, a breakfast counter with seating for two, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals during your stay. After a day at the beach, boating, or exploring the Keys, unwind in the air-conditioned living space or enjoy your favorite drink in the outdoor seating area.

For your convenience, the condo is stocked with laundry facilities, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a traditional coffee maker and a K-Cup-compatible machine that can also be used with your own ground coffee using the included reusable pod.

The waterfront complex offers wonderful amenities, including a swimming pool that is heated during the winter months and chilled during the summer, along with a relaxing waterfront seating area where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Boaters are welcome! The property offers complimentary boat and trailer parking, a boat ramp, and boat slip availability. Additional amenities include a fish-cleaning station, water hookups, and shore power. Detailed information regarding boat access, ramp dimensions, slip size, channel depth, and other boating details is available upon request. Please note that all vehicles and boat trailers must display the parking permit provided at check-in and must be properly registered with valid, visible tags.

Pets under 20 pounds are welcome in accordance with HOA guidelines.

Please note that the City of Marathon requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and permits a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. No exceptions.
