Beautiful studio condo in the Heart of the Florida Keys! Located in Coco Plum in Marathon, FL. This condo has a queen sized bed, L-Shaped couch that folds out to a full sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and a screened in porch.

You are very close to the pool, and a quick walk to the canal where you can enjoy your coffee, breakfast/lunch or dinner with a stunning view.

The amenities that come with your rental are: a paddle board, heated community pool, dock slip for your boat, boat ramp to launch your boat and boat trailer parking.

Great stay in the Keys!

This studio apartment was a great place to stay! Although small, it was perfect for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. The pool was great! Will definitely plan to return. The hosts were great. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!

Perfect anniversary trip!

My wife and I stayed for 7 days. And let me tell you it’s a perfect place to stay for a couple. I do not have one negative remark about this property. The property it self was a mile off the main road (overseas highway). So not much road noise at all. If you have a boat there is a boat ramp to put in and take out at. Spaces for your boat trailer. This property also has a very nice pool. As for the condo it was perfect. Very comfortable bed, very clean, the kitchen has about anything you can think of. Next time we are in the keys we will definitely be staying here each and every time.

Marathon Vacation with Dock

Community was fantastic, boat dock, trailer parking and boat ramp available on property. Pool was perfect! Loved the covered areas on the dock for sitting and enjoying the view. Nice fish cleaning station. Great location as well.

Good price/location

Got to wonder why Vrbo keeps renting places that have made no effort to comply with the ADA after 30 years. Better lighting, some grab bars in the bathroom, a simple ramp… it’s not that hard. Do you discriminate against other people? Who? Remember, you are only temporarily able bodied.

Enjoyed our stay

this condo… We’ve been coming to the Lower Keys once or twice a year for the last 25 years. And we’ve been wintering here since retiring in 2017. This condo really captures that laid-back, eclectic vibe that the Keys are known for. We immediately felt right at home. It was clean and “critter” free. If you’re familiar with the Keys, you know that critters (palmetto bugs, lizards, even small rodents) are to be expected. I’m happy to say we had NONE. I even spoke with the exterminator who cares for the property, and the complex makes keeping the place clear is a priority. It was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Since we were there for 3 weeks, we expected to do more cooking than we did. They even provided a paddle board and a bicycle! There is a boat dock at the end of the hallway. We don’t have a boat but it was a nice place to sit and have a beer or a glass of wine. All the neighbors we met were very friendly. Since we usually go to Key West and the lower keys, I was wondering whether we’d like Marathon. Let me just say it’s a great island with enough restaurants, happy hours and bars to keep us busy Our only negative comment, and it’s a minor one. I would have liked the kitchen/living room TV to be on a mount that angled out. We did not have great weather while we were there and were inside at night more than we expected to be. The TV viewing angle from the living roomcouch is not great. I only mention this because we hope to come back to this condo nex

Lil’ Apt on a canal

The neighbors were very friendly and one even gave us a list of restraints to go to. Very safe community and place the bed was very comfortable.

Nice and spacious.

Lovely and spacious home. Bicycles and bait freezer very nice to have. I like to sit outside, enjoy the water view and relax but if found that the road and marina noise from across the canal was bothering me.

This place was great, the local residents are all very nice and happy hour is everyday! We had a great time. Plenty of room for the boat but the ramp was almost unusable.

Coco Plum vacation

It was such a great vacation! The place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The pool was clean and well taken care of. I didn’t bring my boat but the slips/docks were in great shape! There honestly wasn’t a bad thing about the place! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great getaway for my wife and I

Nice Quiet Getaway

The property was nicely decorated and furnished. The facility was quiet and conveniently located very close to main thoroughfare and easy access to the city of Marathon. Property manager was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions that we had. We would recommend this for anyone wanting a stay in the Florida Keys.

Perfect condo for a vacation in the Keys

We had a great week in this condo. It had everything we needed and the boat dock was less than 100 feet away. Close to everywhere you want to go. Will definitely return!
