Gated & 80 plus acres of woods with trails along with a large pond containing an ‘abundance of wildlife welcomes visitors. Trails are marked with a provided map and easy to follow with increasing difficulty. The house shows a clear appreciation for writers, artists, and children. Children would love all the treasures and toys both inside and outside as well as the child appropriate bedroom and playroom. A second extra special playroom is also available on the first floor. Reading material and games are readily available. Outside games and swings are arranged in proximity to the house and safely away from the pond. Chair groups and adult swings are nestled against the tree line. Large covered porches include swings and comfortable seating with overhead fans for that hot Georgia heat. Plants and shrubs are planted against the home and compliments the house and yard while plenty of parking is available. A slow sloping ramp hugs the rear of the home if needed for wheelchair access. Each bedroom is theme centered and spacious with a bathroom. Reading materials and a desk occupy each room. Update technological power is available regardless of which plug, cable, or drop and charge you may require. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Even extra ice awaits within the freezer. The bookcase holds books awaiting an exploring reader. Music is also appreciated within the home. Plus a large flat screen television is available. Truly a Peaceful Paradise!.
