Firstly, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your booking. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the dates you intended to book. While we did offer an alternative accommodation for the correct date, we understand that this may have caused some inconvenience. Unfortunately, as your initial booking became non-refundable after cancellation, we were unable to provide a refund. Regarding your comments about the room, we understand that personal preferences vary, and we apologize if the minimalist ambiance did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered in reaching us. However, we did make several attempts to follow up with you during your stay via text message but unfortunately did not receive any response. Despite these challenges, we would like to mention that we offered a complimentary check-in to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay.
