This was the perfect spot to stay in Drumheller. It's within walking distance to downtown and really close to the highway intersection for travel. The house was really comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
Great location, tiny house but does sleep five. It isn't a pull out couch, you just pull the couch out from the wall and it falls into a couch, as the locking mechanism is broken. Backyard isn't fenced, and doesn't look like it's been cared for in years. No patio furniture or a BBQ, so don't expect outdoor cooking. The floor is also extremely slanted throughout the front room to the kitchen, so any older guests (I had my 70 year old parents) may have some mobility issues. You are also right beside your neighbours, I'm talking the eavestroughs are overlapping, which is also a vacation rental so you can hear everything that's going on. Good if you are only there for a place to sleep.

Found this to be quite convenient for walking to downtown. It is cozy, quirky and clean with some added excitement of the undulating floor. Found the beds to be comfortable and access to be easy. Getting out to the back needs some work and the back yard is in need of some help. As well the kitchen needs a bit of work, but overall a good little place for a decent price.
We had tried on two different occasions to see if an early check in was an option, but did not get a response.
The place was as described and as shown in photos. It was a bit quirky in some of its remodel, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed walking to the local brewery. We would definitely rent again if we ever come back to the area.
Kitchen was mostly well stocked for dishes/ supplies. Short on cutlery! Very comfortable and close to Main Street. Wish the back yard was useable with a small patio/ chairs.
Quirky, quaint and quiet. Very clean house, comfortable beds. Shame the backyard area hasn't been renovated it would be nice to be able to sit outside. Access to the back of the house was difficult. Good location.
The coffee maker did not work at all. The kitchen could use a few more dishes and some bakeware and trivets. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough fans to keep cool even in hot weather. The bedrooms could use mirrors since there is only one bathroom. The back yard needs to be cleaned up.

Only real complaints would be some windows don't have curtains or blinds which made it hard for me to fall asleep and woke too early. Floor was uneven due to being old property. Some foot stalls of some kind would be nice to elevate the feet from all the walking. Beds were comfortable. Lots of linens. Back yard needs some love and at least furniture to sit on. Kitchen well stocked. In decent location. Otherwise great value for money.

The location was great, really close to downtown which was a big plus for us. The decor and furniture were also nice and matched the photos well, so walking in we were excited about the space.
That said, there were some issues that affected our stay that future guests should know about.
We were there in late June, and the lawn being quite overgrown definitely added to the bug situation.
Mosquitoes were coming in from outside and while that's not entirely within the host's control, the high grass around the house made it a lot worse. We were careful to keep doors and windows closed but there were so many of them in the grass that even the few seconds of going in and out were enough for them to get inside. They were a constant problem at night and really impacted our sleep. We kept noticing spiders throughout the stay and assumed they were coming in from outside, but while showering realized baby spiders were actually coming through a gap in the shower caulking, which was pretty alarming.
The master bedroom door also doesn't close properly and we found a cracked glass in the cupboard.
The space has a lot of potential and the aesthetic is lovely, but it could use some real TLC. Hopefully these things get addressed for future guests.
Nice little cozy home for a short stay in Drumheller.
We stayed in June for two days. The house was clean, and supplied with coffee, and the basics.
The bathroom was equipped with towels, hand soap, and toilet tissue. You will need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. as these are not supplied.
The beds were comfy and we had a good sleep.
Couldn’t find a window we could open for some air flow?
The tv was equipped with a fire stick so local channels not included.

Great location, great beds, needs some work.
The location is very convenient to walk downtown or to drive to all the attractions. The beds are great, the house is fairly clean but needs some work. The front grass needed to be cut. The back yard is not suitable to sit outside. Needs a real clean-up. No patio furniture or barbecue. There were ants in the kitchen coming from cracked caulking behind the sink. Ants in the bathroom as well. Many of the windows don't open but there are fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The smoke detector in the kitchen had been removed from the ceiling and was sitting on top on the fridge. A little TLC and this could be a cute little house.
We stayed here with our toddler and dog for three nights. The location couldn't be more perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and the house is walking distance to downtown and the river walkway, and a short drive (or walk if you're feeling ambitious) to the grocery store, etc.
The house is fairly toddler safe (no stairs), minus the glass tables and heavy dinosaur decorations, which we put out of reach.
The only negative thing is that the house was clearly renovated fast. It looks really nice in pictures, but the craftmanship is poor up close. The back porch is not renovated, and the back door is hard to shut so we didn't even bother using that entrance or the yard.
Either way, it does the job. It's clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Plus it's pet friendly so that's always a win!
Very uneven floors, which made all doors a bit sticky. Speaking of doors, one bedroom door wasn’t installed so my kids ended up using the closet to change. The door was in the room though, so maybe they’ll get to it before you stay. I would have liked curtains in the bedrooms. Definitely a “nice in pictures but don’t look too closely” situation; tradespeople will cringe. Overall, good location, decent price, check-out to-do list was very reasonable. Walkable to downtown amenities; we walked to the world’s largest Dino statue. Checks the boxes for a Drumheller crash pad.

I was very unhappy with this property. We checked in, and there was still laundry in the washer that I had to finish. The check in instructions specifically said we had to clean our own towels, dishes, and take out the garbage when we left so I wasn't happy with finishing somebody else's laundry. Then I saw that there was a broken window that had been jammed open. I texted the manager at the number I was texted at immediately, but never got a response. I had another number, which I did get a response from, they said they'd have somebody come and fix it, but I never heard back after that. Fortunately, we were able to eventually close and lock if from the outside. There are windows in the bedrooms that have no curtains, and there is a walkway between the two houses anybody can come and look in while you're changing or sleeping. The backyard isn't just rough, it's unusable. Leaves are piled everywhere from last winter, and garbage that has been left for a long time. There were ant traps on the kitchen counter. Most concerning was the fact that there is a noise monitor hidden behind a table which not only sends live updates, but also monitors to see how many wireless signals are in the house, which is a SEVERE invasion of privacy. If the property company is going to have a monitor, they should inform travellers of this in the listing. There is a camera outside watching you come and go.The "pull out sofa" is a futon that falls over when open.Very disappointed.
