We planned our family vacation at this unit, 1104 A & B South Tower. Upon arrival the second refrigerator and the two safes did not work, plus we found out that sink in the kitchen with the king size bed the water would only come out of the sprayer instead of the faucet. found out after we got soaked, we reached out to the host and were told he'd send maintenance the next day. We asked again on the second day and was told sorry they will be there the next day, never showed up. Without going into more details, this condo is not newly renovated. Very disappointed when you spend this amount of money and the condition of the property is not equal. Would not recommend

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry some of these issues affected your stay, but I do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The main kitchen refrigerator was working properly; it was the second refrigerator that was not cooling. I was also surprised to read that maintenance never came, as I personally spoke with you by phone and our maintenance technician did come to the unit. He was able to repair the faucet, but the refrigerator required an appliance technician and could not be repaired on the spot. While we understand every guest may have a different experience, the vast majority of our guests find this condo beautiful and have rated it very highly, which is reflected in our overall ratings. We always do our best to address any issues as quickly as possible.

Great communication with the host! Location was fantastic and felt safe with letting teenagers explore on their own. Staff at the condo were very helpful and welcoming, and all the amenities were well taken care of. The large couch and kitchen table were perfect for our party of 8 to hangout together. Plus, you can’t beat the sunrise views!

Perfect Location and VERY spacious! This Condo has everything you need and more! We will definitely book again! We loved that it was so close to restaurants and shops, included stress free parking and also included access to all the amenities- pools, lazy river, and slide!

We came to visit for the Labor Day weekend with our family and kids. We enjoyed the stay and all of the extra activities they had. Joe was quick to get back with us and very accommodating. The front desk was not the smoothest process but the vacation and room itself was wonderful!

We had a great time at this condo! The hosts reached out to let us know they were available if we needed anything at all. Our group had guests ranging from 5 years old to 78 years old. All had a great time. Much more of a "resort" than we had anticipated. There were multiple activities throughout the day, with which we could take part. Great location and amenities!

What more can be said about Daytona and the ocean walk? We had a great time, and the stay was as always way to short. The room was great, and within walking distance to everything that we want to do. Joe, and Mandy were great hosts, would highly recommend them, and look forward to staying there again.

Extended family trip

We’re from Ohio and met our Minnesota family at the condo (4 adults and 4 teens). It was a great set up for us to have space, cook meals, and hang out late playing games. The beach and pool areas were wonderful! We enjoyed our time at the condo.
