The villas are a 10 min drive away from town, in an area with few summer houses, next to the beach in a calm and peaceful scenery with the relaxing sound of waves kissing the shore. Each villa has a well-designed open plan living area with bright lounge and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all of which open directly out onto the infinity pool, terrace and sea view.

Each one of our brand new villas owns a private pool in a 170 sq. exterior area and a view of the grand blue of the Aegean Sea. The sitting and dining area are equipped with
sunbeds, BBQ and outdoor shower.
Just half an hour away from Athens International airport EL. Venizelos to the closest port of Rafina and only an hour boat trip from there, will bring you to the place you have always dreamed of.
Enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea, explore more than 15 sandy beaches inside the 20km natural gulf of Karystos and so many others in southern Evvoia. Hike to the top of mountain Ochi and its mysterious Dragon house. Snorkeling, diving, fishing, yachting or just horse riding next to the sea... The list is endless.
For our less adventurous visitors, just get some rest and sunbathe on the private sandy beach in front of your villa using your own sunbeds provided by us.
