Tradewinds Villa est une maison de qualité nouvellement construite conçue par un architecte respecté local et située dans le développement haut de gamme de Samaan Grove, complété par une sécurité de 24 heures. Tradewinds peut accueillir confortablement 10 adultes. C'est excellent pour deux familles ou des familles élargies ou des groupes plus importants. La communauté fermée offre un accès exclusif à la plage «No Man’s Land» (temporairement fermée pour réparations), une belle plage qui vous transportera au paradis. La Villa vous offre la sensation d'espace avec ses plafonds voûtés s'élevant jusqu'à 20 pieds de haut et ses carreaux de porcelaine polie.

L'emplacement est proche de plusieurs plages et des services essentiels tels que des installations médicales et des épiceries et des restaurants à proximité sont là pour vous permettre d'essayer les différentes cuisines. Les magasins locaux et un grand centre commercial moderne sont à seulement quelques minutes.

Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bains et sont toutes climatisées avec une télévision à écran plat supplémentaire dans la chambre principale. La cuisine de style plus grand avec sa finition élégante en noyer vous offre un environnement parfait pour divertir vos proches familles et amis. Les appareils électroménagers sont d'une grande qualité assurant tout le confort de la maison. Perfect Tobago stay

The location is exceptional 5-10 min drive to most popular beaches and nightlife. The house has a nice open layout. Clean however I will say the beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side my taste.

I had a wonderful stay at this Tobago vacation property! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and activities. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I especially loved the outdoor space and the relaxing. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway or a family vacation!

A perfect stay in Tobago

We had an great stay at the Tradewinds villa. Communication was easy and timely. Check-in process was smooth and easy. The villa itself was super clean and perfect for our needs. The kids loved having the pool right there. Our stay was short but we would definitely book again!

Amazing villa

I cannot say enough good about the villa or the host.The villa is beautiful, very modern and well maintained. All the finishes are great. The kitchen is wonderful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable. The backyard space is amazing. The pool is wonderful, it’s not too deep but it’s a nice size.The host is very accommodating and nice. My flight was late but she still made it very easy to check in and was very warm and welcoming.I highly recommend this villa and will stay here in the future

Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for 2 nights, from Sunday to Tuesday in April. The location is easily accessible and safe, as it is a gated community. The property itself is outstanding! Gorgeous villa with lot's of space, and well-equipped with toilettries and linens. Great sized bedrooms as well. The back patio and pool were both beautiful and relaxing. We had some issues checking in as we could not get in touch with both the owner/host or the housekeeper, and waited2 hours before someone reached us. This was not great, and going forward, I hope this does not reoccur. But, the place was highly satisfactory and we would stay here again.

I did a very last minute booking with Trade winds villas after being cancelled by another accommodator and it was the best thing that happened! This villa is clean and spacious with everything needed for a great time! My fiends and our kids were safe and felt right at home! This villa felt like being in another country with super facilities all to yourself! Will definitely return ! 😊

After having the worst experience with Blue Chill I managed to snag this property booking one day before reaching Tobago. Let me tell you, my experience was phenomenal! Seeragia is a doll, very responsive, very accommodating, I’m so happy we stayed here. I would recommend walking with your laundry detergent since none was provided but overall this property and the host was excellent!! I 100% recommend !!

getting straight to the point. 1) the toaster was to small and cheaply made. 2) the property needs updated ceiling fans & light bulbs. 3) the shower head & presser was lackluster. 4) cosy & comfortable for 6 adults. 5) great location to pigeon point beach, grocery store & food options.

As mentioned the fans were scheduled for replacement and they arrived from our freight forwarder and have now been installed as of February 12th; including the ones outside in the rear verandah adjacent to the pool. Please refer to the updated photos. The protor silex toaster is a standard one and have not been as issue before. I am however, pleased that it worked during your stay and we have subsequently replaced it with a 4 slice toaster Hamilton Beach one. Wonderful stay

This is our second time staying at this property. Beautiful location, close enough to beaches and food places but you will definitely need a vehicle to commute. The home is comfortable with all necessary amenities - kitchen well equip, bath towels provided etc. While there were some renovations done since our last stay, there is some room for improvement in the general decor as it seems outdated. One thing to note is that the pool pump comes off at night and comes on automatically in the morning but you can use it at any time This wasn’t a problem for us. The host was very responsive in all our communications and was very accommodating in our checkin/checkout times. It was a pleasure staying here and would definitely recommend.

Older property that needs much attention and renovation

Great property but had some hiccups the first few days which ran throughout the entire stay from broken ac units to cleanliness. The property needs to be updated and redone, the images show a much newer maintained unit vs what is actually the outcome. We stayed 10 days there and had so many issues, although addressed we had to go nights without proper cooling. Broken appliances etc. The property needs to be redone.

Dear Randell Thank you for your review and your stay with us from October 14th to October 22nd. We agree that there were a couple hiccups on your arrival at the property for which we apologized and every effort was made to ensure that there was minimal inconvenience. It was unfortunate, but in life things just do not go as planned at times. Two of our air-conditioning were not cooling adequately on the Friday night of your arrival, and on the Monday evening. New air conditioners were purchased and installed on the Saturday and Tuesday respectively. The owner opted to replace both units to ensure your comfort. Your identified concerns were all addressed in the shortest possible turnaround time so to hear you had problems throughout your stay is very unfortunate. Housekeeping was afforded to you which was declined which was unusual. In addition, you received a US$700 refund on your stay as a gesture of goodwill. At Tradewinds Villa we strive to provide an excellent experience and the property has been well received by our past and recent guests. The pictures do reflect the property, so we are not certain what you think needs to be redone as you did not specify any particular item. However your concerns are taken on-board. Kindest Regards S. Perfect Getaway!

Staying at Tradewinds villa was truly a wonderful experience for myself and my family. Upon booking, the manager was very friendly, accommodating and thorough, which was maintained throughout. She made sure that we were comfortable, was very prompt with responses throughout the entire process, and was generally very kind and easy to converse with. In terms of the actual house, the outer part of the property is stunning! Lush trees and plants/flowers add a wonderful flair, making you feel right at home. The inside of the home was just as relaxing, with clean and cozy rooms that offered a great night’s rest. The kitchen was more than stocked, with modern equipment to practically make anything! The washing machine and dryer also worked really well. Though we didn’t watch much television, the availability of both local and internet-based channels platforms gave us multiple options had we needed it. I must include the effectiveness of the air-con units. The majority of our stay saw some incredibly hot and sunny days but we did not suffer as the AC units worked so well that we actually felt cold at times! Lastly, the outdoor area offered peak relaxation with all the lounge chairs provided. The pool was also well-maintained and well-subscribed; we couldn’t get enough of the cool water! Overall, my family’s stay at Tradewinds villa was absolutely wonderful, and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested!

Great home away from home

We loved the neighborhood and how quiet and safe it was. I felt comfortable with my teenaged niece being there alone if needed. The home was beautiful and was great for my family during our stay. The pool was a hit. Great place to hang out as a family. We were comfortable for the week we stayed and able to connect with family on the island. The ACs may need servicing but kept us cool during our time especially for those that suffer with the heat and mosquitos. I would recommend security at the front having a consistent process for you to preregister guests coming to see you. most of them were friendly. The location is fantastic…near to beaches, food etc. Merle was communicative and accommodating when we had a snafu after checkout. The items we shared were handled quickly. Our housekeeper Christine was fab. We would definitely return.

Loved It!

My friends and I were very impressed with the property. All of the amenities were as advertised. The host was very accommodating in allowing us to check in a little earlier than listed. Our only hiccup was that the AC was not cooling. This was not a major problem for us and so, it did not negatively impact our experience. A solid 9/10. I wish there were a discounted price for locals/citizens of T&T.

Lovely house in secure compound

We really enjoyed our stay at Tradewinds. Merle is excellent and very responsive and the property itself is lovely. Be warned you might be awakened by choruses of birds which was quite nice except for the occasional loud cocrico! We liked that there were enough beds available for the 4 single adults to not have to share. Would definitely recommend and hope to return I the future.
