Grand Panama 201 - Sunny Shores is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo conveniently located in Panama City Beach, FL. This luxurious condo has the benefit of having beautiful Gulf views as well as a view of the community pool. Sunny Shores is an end unit offering water views from almost every room. Not to mention being on the second floor means you can skip the elevator and only need to take one set of stairs. As an added bonus you will discover free seasonal beach service!

Take a step inside and discover an open floor plan enhanced by natural light streaming in from large windows. You will discover all hardwoods and tile throughout the vacation rental. The living area offers new furniture and a large flatscreen tv for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen offers a separate dining area as well as stainless steel appliances to further enhance your stay.

This lovely condo can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably across its three bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunks. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with easy balcony access. At Sunny Shores, we believe that vacations are for everyone, including your four-legged friends! Enjoy the sun, sand and surf with your pets by your side. Our pet-friendly policy ensures that every member of your family can bask in the joy of a beachside retreat.

The Grand Panama Resort features a huge communal pool, two hot tubs, a clubhouse with a fitness center, a Tiki bar, and direct access to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. During the winter season, Grand Panama Beach Resort maintains two community pools that are heated for guests' comfort. The ideal temperature for these pools is approximately 85 degrees. However, please note that on colder, windier, or rainy days and nights, it may occasionally prove challenging to sustain this temperature. Rest assured, every possible effort will be undertaken to uphold the 85-degree temperature whenever feasible. With so many great resort amenities, you may not want to leave, but there are plenty of activities and restaurants within a short walk or drive.
