When we arrived we noticed a few things that were not mentioned to us like the property had construction going on right in front of the entrance and it made it hard to drop off luggage and deliveries.We also had ants in room upon arrival but the front desk did act very fast in getting baits out into the room. We was told in a message we would receive 100 dollars off after booking

The beach access was great! Being on the first floor you have your own gate to the pool that leads to the beach. Very convenient when you’ve been in the sun all day and want to get to a cooler environment quickly. The decor matched the atmosphere well and the layout of the condo was also nice. We felt safe on the property and enjoyed the surroundings. In my opinion, other than the communal dog area needing some upkeep, it seems very dog friendly. I noticed many guests with dogs who seemed to enjoy themselves as well.

The only real issue was the annoying & continuous revving up and down of a motor in the adjacent fire & control room. This is an issue Grand Panama management needs to address as the owner of the condo isn't responsible for the annoying/continuous noise. I felt like this condo was over-priced because of this issue & it's location. Honestly condo should have been discounted. Condo was overall clean but could use a deep cleaning. The grounds of the property were nice & proximity to beach was good. Not bad at all but not great either.

yes the host was great,we love this place,theonly thing i did not understand,was why were we missing a dining rm.chair, a chair in the living room , and no ottoman other than that,we loved it, cleaningcrew has done a great job,and we look forward to next year

Like Having My Own Beach House!

Our Family really appreciated the first floor unit, with kids, going back and forth to the pool with a baby is always a chore, not having to deal with elevators made this trip wonderful. Highly recommended. Already booked our next stay.

I would rent this condo again. Had a blast. Great location for everything. Walk right out to pool. Tiki bar only a few steps from room . Loved loved staying there. We will be back..

Wonderful first floor condo

Family Getaway

We met lots of very nice people and had a great time. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was a nice relaxing stay and a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Amazing Experience!

Our stay was fabulous! Super cute and clean condo…looked even cuter in person than in the pics! The weather was beautiful…the grounds were beautiful as well! We cannot wait to book this condo again. Highly recommend!!

Hands down best unit at Grand Panama. 1st floor, walk right out to the pool and beach

Park, walk in, and never, never, never have to deal with an elevator. Great unit, well managed. Clean, comfortable. The balcony gate opens up to walk right out, so you simply cannot get a better location. Warren Beach Rentals staff was fantastic, helpful, and easy to work with. Great experience.

Stay was great. Location was great! Beds, we’re super comfortable, condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. ac worked excellent. We stay every year at the Grand Panama with a frenchie. Simple walk to the beach. Fees are a bit much on this condo but it was worth it. No complaints about the condo or resort!

Short weekend

We have stayed at this unit before. It’s right beside the pool and steps away from the beach. Very clean. Master bedroom needs a new mattress but everything else spotless Will definitely stay here again. Might bring me a foam pads for the bed next time.

Thank you for staying. This is such a great unit. The owners are replacing the mattress after the season, some people like a soft mattress, others a firm.. they are getting one in between.

Summer Break

What an awesome stay! The unit was well equipped and nicely finished. Location was great for our family and two dogs. Not too noisy and close to anything we needed. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry appliances were nice which helped with all of the towels we used trekking to the beach. This ground level unit was really nice so we did not have to take the dogs in the elevator. Definitely coming back again!

Easy beach access

Great updates,and decor with plenty of room and well planned kitchen. I found labels and paper debris blocking filter of dishwasher. New dish ware and glass ware were put away without removing labels, this can burn out the dishwasher. We only used one bed during our stay but found the bunk beds to have a great deal of sand on the bedspread and cookies and trail mix under cushion of chair. The neighbor above washed his patio with water hose and cleaners that carried debris down into our patio area. Maintenance responded quickly with new bulb to repair light over cooktop then it would not turn off. Brief distractions in beautiful condo and lovely beach area.

This was BY FAR our favorite condo we have stayed in at PCB. The comfort and ease of this first floor is like nothing else!! So easy to come on and off thr beach and leave all your sand on the patio! We had 8 people and never felt crowded at all! Hope to be able to come back and enjoy it again! Very clean, up to date, and easy to access! Thanks for having us!!

Truly Exceptional

Just a fantastic property. The unit was immaculate, and well decorated. Comfortable and convenient. Having the unit on the first floor, and being able to walk off your balcony to the beach and pool was just like having your own beach house. Highly recommended.

Vacation with the Grandkids

WE LOVED IT! The room was on the first floor, with the balcony leading straight to the pool with a very short walk to the beach. Which was great with the little ones we had with us. the bunk beds worked out great for the kids, they loved it Overall it was clean and up to date the Air did go out for a day the maintenance team was very responsive and fixed it fairly quick. Would defintly go here again
