It was an amazing experience with my family. The location of this place was perfect. We woke up listening to the sound of waves with coffee in my hand. We were in and out of the beach and easily accessible to stores to get groceries. We would definitely be back here! Also customer service was great too, when I had questions, I emailed them got responses quickly.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Beach is very close. We did have a few issues with sofa being stained and broke cabinet in kitchen , which we did report. They offered to come out and clean sofa , told them it was not necessary that we would place a blanket over it. They were very nice to deal with. The only thing I would say is put better chairs on top balcony and bottom. The loungers and table and chairs was comfortable but them cheap ones hurt the booty. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo! We enjoyed being steps from the beach…the back sliding door had a stick and the lock didn’t function and the dishwasher was in dire need of replacing… we actually got locked out of the dishwasher somehow but maintenance came out that same day and helped us get in. The upstairs balcony only has one Adirondack chair. It really could benefit from some outdoor furniture upgrades.. the noise from the construction next-door was slightly irritating, especially first thing in the morning when you want to enjoy your coffee. We found that one Realjoy was very responsive.. all in all we found it a pleasant experience.

I’m sorry about the sliding door lock and the dishwasher issue — I’m glad maintenance was able to assist the same day. We will evaluate the dishwasher for replacement and have addressed the door lock. We’ll also review adding more outdoor seating on the upstairs balcony. I apologize for the early-morning construction noise; while work next door is outside our control, we’ll pass your comments along and look for ways to improve guest comfort. We appreciate your notes and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.
