Relax at this cozy Cabin located right across from the River Trail (bike trail) and right off Interstate 74. Relax on the balcony and watch the people go by and enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this beautiful space. Kids stay in the loft with a reading nook and smart TV. Private master bedroom with touch lamps, huge closet and a work space. A beautiful get-away in a great location close to everything. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. Cabin is a 2BR/1BA with a 1BR/1BA studio on the lower level upon request (in-law quarters).

Nice big cabin in private setting. Several places to relax like huge fire pit with chairs and wood. Outside Rocking bench bottom floor. Outdoor table with chairs on upper deck. Whirlpool in back porch. Many kitchen and shower amenities and comfortable beds.

Great stay from start to finish — everything lived up to the photos and then some.The room was spotless when we arrived. Surfaces were wiped down, linens felt fresh, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. It stayed that way the whole visit, which made it easy to settle in and relax.Our host was excellent. Communication was clear before check-in, directions and house info were easy to follow, and they were responsive without being overbearing. Felt well taken care of the entire time.The hot tub was a highlight. It was clean, hot, and ready when we wanted it. Perfect after a long day.The kitchen was fully usable — not just for coffee. We had what we needed for breakfast and simple meals, and everything was clean and in working order.Overall, this was a comfortable, well-kept place with a thoughtful host. Would stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, easy, low-stress stay.

This was a great space for us to use as a home base with multiple kids. The area is quiet and access to the bike trail was very nice. My only complaint was that the floors were very creaky, so there's no sneaking around at night.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Peoria visiting my sister in law and her family for a long weekend. It was easy to get to their home from this location. Mass at the Cathedral of Mary of the Immaculate Conception was also nearby. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortableness of the "cabin." We enjoyed gathering for coffee and music in the great room and even played some tunes on the turn table before heading out each morning and before we went to bed. The large bathroom was nice to share and the towels exquisite. We spent some time on the upper porch sitting and watching happenings on the trail and street below. I did not read the layout description carefully so was surprised to have two separate spaces for us to use. It all worked out though. I'd like to come back next year and hope the property is available. Thanks for a great stay!

Feels like a remote cabin but in close proximity to downtown Peoria. Very well equipped with lots of extras. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable and convenient being on the main level. The hot tub was an added bonus and nicely maintained and clean. Thank you to Melissa for her excellent and fast communication with all requests.

The cabin is great! It’s very cozy and homelike. We’ve stayed in several rentals and this was by far the best stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had extra toiletries and big, soft towels. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Melissa is great to work with and responded right away. We would definitely stay again!

Amenities were above and beyond with so many wonderful hospitality touches (nice quality soaps, k cups, nut mix, plenty of sleeping spaces and cozy blankets, festive Halloween decor). The space was perfect for our girls night in and we had everything we needed. It was a hair too chilly to enjoy a quiet morning on the porch but something we would have loved to do!

Great find!!

Such a great find in Peoria, our family had a great time with all of the games and of course the hot tub. The host was very accommodating and there were lots of little touches that were very nice. Thank you for a great stay!
