*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.

Step right out your back door onto the shores of Kings Beach, just steps from the Kings Beach State Recreation Area. Recently updated with new furnishings, this bright waterfront condo pairs front-row views of Lake Tahoe with the convenience of being right in the heart of town.

Whether you are enjoying a casual summer BBQ on the private deck overlooking the water, walking down the street to the famous Whitecap's Pizza, or taking a quick 10-minute drive to nearby ski slopes, this comfortable retreat gives you direct lakefront access without sacrificing everyday convenience.

Parking-

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-This property is NOT pet-friendly. Service dogs are an exception.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. ​​​​​​​

The view is out of this world!!! The place is located next to the best pizza in North Tahoe! It does have quite a bit of road noise, but I’m a very light sleeper and used my white noise app which worked great!! Lots of amenities in the condo as well. Easy check in and check out process!!! We had a blast

A very excellent vocation! Absolutely beautiful location with a fully accommodating condo to enjoy the .the beach centered in a unique old school town. Palisades are a 20 minute drive through lakeside towns and mountains, Very convenient for those who crave the snow slides.

Great location and very comfortable apartment

Great place to stay, so close to the beach at the lake. Everything we needed was there including beach towels, beach chairs, even inflatable rings to float on the lake! Great service too.

Incredible view. Easy access.

Excellent spot to stay for a ski vacation. Very close to an excellent restaurant, ski rental location, grocery store and pharmacy. Spectacular view of the lake in winter. Highly recommended for location and host, and we are picky!

The accommodations were great. View from the patio was stunning. Loved the local coffee shop, Java Hut, that is steps from the door.

Great Location

This is a great condo right on the beach, beautiful view. Nice and clean, perfect for 2 couples. You can walk to everything. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and condo!

We loved our stay at this condo- steps away from the beach, great restaurants and shops all in walking distance. The condo was very cute- super clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Great space and outdoor deck space to enjoy the lake!

Great location

Loved the closeness of the property to the lake, mountains, pizza and coffee! The property was spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms are a little tight but the view more than makes up for it. We will def stay here again!

Amazing Place/Location

The condo was clean, and well-equipped and the location was awesome. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and communication with the property management company made the entire process super easy.I highly recommend staying at Whitecaps Lakefront Lookout and will definitley book the condo again!

Location

Wonderful stay! Place was neat and clean, comfortable beds, showers a bit too tight. Nice waking up to beautiful views and enjoy our coffee in the mornings out in the balcony. Prime location close to everything. Will definitely book again when we make our way back to Tahoe.

Wonderful Lakeside Condo

Great Stay!

We spent 4 nights here over New Years. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I think it would be a great place to stay any time of year. Absoutely loved the views, fireplace, and proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. It was very cozy. The property management company was also very easy to deal with. The bathrooms are very small but the pros outweighed that con.

Family get away

The location, right on the beach was amazing!! Property was very clean and comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews showers were small so trying to bathe small kids is a challenge. We've stayed in Kings Beach a few times and wish there were a few more restaurant choices within walking distance. Whitecaps Pizza right next door was great, and Java Hut as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The view is spectacular from the living room and porch! It was so nice and convenient to also have a coffee house and pizza joint within walking distance! Tahoe Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whitecaps. Our only regret was that the weather, while reasonably pleasant for the time of year, was a little to cool and breezy to allow us to enjoy the great deck at the property. The unit was well stocked with incidental items we needed and was comfortable and well situated.
