The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful in providing items like razors, shaving cream, q-tips, quarters for the washer and dryer (which are located in the hall next to the door and shared with only one other unit), detergent, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and Safeway is basically across the street. The private beach is small but there was a paddle board and kayak available for our use. The property is quiet and just a short drive to everything. We also highly recommend Lanzas (walking distance) and The Soule Domain for dining. The pool was also nice and the owners responded quickly to all of our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was immaculate with not a single speck of dust

We absolutely loved this place! Even though it was on the second floor, the 16 steps were no problem at all. My family instantly fell in love with it. The entire space was spotless and impeccably clean.The kitchen was fantastic—fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed in the bedroom was a perfect 10/10—extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.We enjoyed our stay so much that my son already asked if we can come back in the summer to enjoy the lake. The complex features a cozy, private beach that’s definitely worth visiting during the warmer months.Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our visit to this condo. It was beautiful and so clean. Everything was recently updated and modern. We loved listening to the record player while getting dressed in the mornings. The beach area was fun. We really enjoyed the paddle board. You can paddle towards King’s beach in the evenings in the weekend and listen to their beach concerts. The condo is walkable to King’s beach for dinner and drinks. We also enjoyed walking into town for coffee in the mornings when it was still cool outside. Safeway was very close and had great sandwiches to take out to the beach. Just a note for out of state visitors this condo does not have a/c but has big windows in the bedroom so it does cool down late at night.
