Los huéspedes de la Casa Rosamar residen en una casa de la ciudad de bobinado montados mutuamente, ha sido completamente restaurado, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos biológicos y ecológicos. El apartamento de 2 dormitorios con cocina, ducha y WC en la primera planta está decorado con cuidado y con amor. La gran terraza en la tercera planta está disponible para todos los huéspedes. Desde allí se puede ver en las casas vecinas de distancia en un lado de la Orototavatal y el Teide, y por el otro el mar y Puerto de la Cruz.

Ja, es gibt ein Problem; glücklicherweise betrifft es nicht direkt Punta Brava, aber „unser“ Strand, die Playa Jardin, wurde gesperrt. Das heißt, der Strand selber ist in Teilen zugänglich, aber sicherheitshalber sollte das Baden im Meer unterbleiben. Wir wissen nicht, wie lange dieser Zustand anhalten wird, haben dies aber in der Apartmentbeschreibung vermerkt und werden diese bei Bedarf aktualisieren.

Fantastic Time

We were greeted by Tarik upon arrival who carried our suitcase and showed us around the apartment. We were allocated a 3 bedroom apartment when there was only 2 so we had plenty of space. The apartment was spotlessly clean and I cannot find any fault, the view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful, in front you have the sea and behind views of the mountains. The apartment is only a short walk from Puerto and very close to the Loro Parque. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Genuine, economical and well located

We stayed a week in October. We were looking for a relatively inexpensive, simple property in a quiet, non-touristy location, with quick easy access to the beach. What we found met all our expectations. The neighbourhood is quiet and being a cul de sac traffic is not a problem. Exploring on foot the narrow streets around is fun, there are excellent views to the sea. There are a few fish restaurants very close by, but only a small shop to buy food. For most things inlcuding fresh milk one has to go to a supermarket, the closest is Lidl (not convenient on foot, use a bus or better a car). Overall I would say a car is necessary to be comfortable in this house, as most things apart from the beach are not nearby. Parking on the street has never been a problem. Inside the house is simple, but clean and cool thanks to the constant air flow. It contains basic kitchen facilities but people wanting to prepare regularly full meals will struggle, especially due to the presence of only a small electric hob and no microwave (there is an electric oven/grill that we did not use). Toaster and coffee machine (of the filter kind) for breakfast work well. The bathroom is small but works well. The bedrooms are surprisingly large given the small apartment, I liked them. Overall I think the house works well for a small family, but I would struggle if all the five beds available were occupied.

From my point of view this is an accurate description of Casa Rosamar, especially apartment 3, and Punta Brava. One might add, that there are also apartments in Casa Rosmar with bigger and better equipped kitchens, and that there is a spacious roof top terrace with beautiful views (that some guests miss out because they are busy exploring the spectacular island...). However, Punta Brava is a small "barrio", but there is a bank, a pharmacy, plenty of restaurants and shops and certainly more than one - small - supermarket...

Prima Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment Nr. 4 war für uns mit den 2 kleinen Kindern sehr gut ausgestattet, alles hat prima geklappt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt und auch zu Fuß nach Puerto ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung können wir gerne weiter empfehlen :-)

A very well kept Canarian style property divided into apartments with a lovely roof terrace.

The owner of the apartments was at the property to meet us, making sure everything was to our liking. A bowl of fruit, bottle of bubbly, together with basics in the fridge. Very well equipped and nothing is too much trouble. Has good knowledge of the area and well spoken English. Punta Brava is a 10 - 15 minute easy walk into the centre of Peurto de la Cruz, either along the sea front or the road. You are only 2 minutes from the beaches. Some small supermarkets for every day needs, and several restaurants. Would recommend it as a great alternative to the high rise hotels of Peurto de la Cruz. We stayed for 3weeks and had a fantastic relaxing time.

Schönes Apartment mit allem drum und dran

Das Apartment Nr. 3 mit zwei Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Duschbad und einem Wohnraum war unser Zuhause für 2 Monate und wir haben es nicht bereut. Nach einem kleinen Fußmarsch von ca. 15 - 20 Minuten ist man am Busbahnhof und somit in der Mitte der Stadt angekommen. In der Nähe der Casa Rosamar in Punta Brava sind Geschäfte für den kleinen Einkauf, Restaurants laden zum essen ein, eine Apotheke und der Loropark befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Die persönliche Wäsche wird durch Hausbedienstete gewaschen und getrocknet und ist im Preis inbegriffen. Der Vermieter ist steht´s erreichbar und vor allem nett und höflich und Wünsche der Gäste werden wenn erfüllbar auch erfüllt. Leider mußte ich einen Stern abziehen, aber nicht weil es Mängel des Hauses wären sondern, die Callle Ruimann ist eine Sackgasse und somit ergibt sich morgens und abends ein gewisser Fahrzeuglärm der arbeitenden Bevölkerung. In der Zeit in der wir dort waren haben wir nur liebe und nette Gäste erlebt. Wir haben das Apartment Nr. 3 bereits für 2017 gebucht. Alfred und Maria

Schon wieder gebuicht

Apartment Nr. 3 mit Küche, Wohnraum, Duschbad und zwei Schlafzimmer ( für schnarchende Eheleute ) fand unsere ungeteilte Befürwortung. Wer im Norden Urlaub macht ist meistens auch ein " Wanderer " und der tägliche Weg von Punta Brava in die City nach Puerto de la Cruz ist in 15 -20 Minuten leicht zu absolvieren. Die Mitbewohner waren wie wir auch " schon die jungen Alten " also gerade mal in´s Rentenalter gerutschte. Ein Punkt aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür ist, die Straße ist eine Sackgasse und morgens und abends ist nun mal die arbeitende Bevölkerung mit ihren Fahrzeugen unterwegs. Ansonsten gibt es Geschäfte zum kleinen Einkauf, Restaurante zum lecker essen und die Wäsche wird durch eine Hausbedienstete gewaschen und getrocknet. Eine Apotheke und der Loropark sind um die Ecke. Sollte es doch mal Probleme geben, der Vermieter ist steht´s erreichbar und Hilfe naht sofort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben auch für 2017 bereits gebucht.

Appartement au 1 et etage ne correspondait pas aux photos ,sombre ,pas de four ,pas de machine à laver ni seche linge dans l appartement, terrasse commune au 4 ieme ,wifi très aléatoire Seul point positif l environnement agreable et à 40 min à pied du centre ville de puerto de la Cruz

Nous accordons une grande valeur sur une bonne communication avec nos clients, et ici, il y avait effectivement un problème de compréhension, parce que je parle pratiquement pas français. Quelques appartements disposent d'une machine à laver, et seulement dans la buanderie il ya un sèche-linge. Nous offrons donc un service de blanchisserie, et nous allons mieux représenter sur la page de propriété. Le WLAN est suffisante dans tous les appartements, mais il ne fonctionne pas dans tous les coins de la maison, qui est un peu sinueux. Si nécessaire, nous amplificateur. Le Casa Rosamar est une maison typique dans le quartier des Canaries Punta Brava. Cela apporte les avantages d'un environnement agréable décrit par les clients avec, mais les appartements de la maison ne sont pas alignés principalement pour le soleil, le toit-terrasse, qui est très apprécié par tous les invités, est situé au 3ème étage.

Good apartment in a beautiful place

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Rosamar in Punta Brava, Puerto de la Cruz. We stayed in the apartment opening onto the roof terrace, with a beautiful view and everything we needed inside, and the very friendly owner helped us out when help was needed. Just around the corner is the beautiful Playa Jardín. Walking the boulevard along this beach you'll arrive in the center of Puerto de la Cruz in about 15 minutes. We hope to return here one day!

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung in guter Lage!

Wir waren im Juni 2013 zwei Wochen im Casa Rosamar und hatten die zweistöckige Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zur überdachten - und Gemeinschafts-Terasse mit herrlichem Blick über den Atlantik, nach Puerto, ins Orotavatal und zum Teide. Punta Brava ist schön zum Wohnen, direkt am Meer, mit toller Badebucht, inmitten der Einheimischen, weg vom Tourismus und doch ist man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand entlang in Puerto de la Cruz. Auf dem Dorfplatz genossen wir manchen Zaperoco oder Café con leche, u.m. und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich mit Kiefernmöbeln eingerichtet; es sind genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien u.a.m. vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber!! Die überdachte Terasse ist der Hit bei kühlem Wetter und viel Wind, wir ließen hier jeden Abend gemütlich ausklingen, aber auch zum Sonnenbaden...und natürlich jeden Morgen zum Frühstück!! Herr Tell ist sehr sympathisch, gibt gerne viele Tipps und kommt auch schon mal umgehend mit Werkzeug ins Haus, wenn's ein Problemchen gibt!! Danke noch mal;) Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wünschen allen Gästen einen so herrlichen Urlaub, wie wir ihn auf Teneriffa hatten!!

Ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zum Zentrum

Die Playa Jardin unterhalb des Loro-Parks, einer der schönsten Sandstrände Teneriffas, ist in 5 Minuten zu rereichen; von dort ist es zum Busbahnhof und zum Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz auch nicht weit: eine ideale Lage! Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft praktisch eingerichtet und sauber (siehe die Berichte anderer Gäste). Ich war im Frühjahr 2011 für einige Tage als Einzelreisender in der Casa Rosamar und hatte das Pech einer Schlechtwetterperiode. Unter diesen Umständen erschien mir das Quartier recht klein und dunkel, auch war so die schöne Dachterrasse (von meinem Apto. über eine Treppe erreichbar) nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die einzelnen Wohnungen in der Casa Rosamar haben von ihrer Lage im Haus recht unterschiedliche Qualität und sind über enge Treppen erreichbar; am hellsten und am meisten begehrt sind die im obersten Stockwerk, die direkt an die Gemeinschafts-Dachterrasse anschließen. Eine solche Wohnung hatte ich nicht, deshalb in der Bewertung kein "ausgezeichnet".

Sehr gute Lage

Wir waren im Juli 2009 Gäste der Casa Rosamar und hatten eine kleine Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Mit 3 erwachsenen Personen war es in der Wohnung etwas eng. Die wunderschöne überdachte Dachterasse und anschl. Sonnenterasse hat aber alles ausgeglichen. Die Wonung war sauber und es waren genug Handtücher zum wechseln da. Von der Wohnung kann man alles gut erreichen, Strand/Loro-Park/Busbahnhof/Stadtzentrum.
