The home features clean concrete floors throughout and boasts an open great room area. Enjoy the fireplace while taking in the modern, cozy vibe of this home. There are two private bedrooms, each providing access to the back patio and just steps away from the hot tub. The first bedroom contains a king bed and a futon (an extra sleeping option not included in the guest count), while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A Jack and Jill bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space.
Enjoy privacy and beautiful views during your stay! An attached single-car garage is available for overflow living space or parking as needed.
Guests have access to the entire home and garage for a private stay. We are located next to empty lots on each side of the home, however, they are not with our property, so we ask you to respect the owners who are also in this neighborhood and not park or use these spaces.

Parking is not allowed on the empty lot next door. This is a privately owned lot and does not belong to Granite Point. Park in the driveway/garage or on the street only, please.
We charge a $100/pet fee plus a $100 cleaning fee. Please make sure all pets are registered and fees paid prior to your check-in.
Our pet rules are as follows and by making the reservation, you are agreeing to the following rules:
1. MAX number of pets is TWO. Failure to follow this will result in additional charges as this is an HOA rule in our community and we can/will be fined from the HOA if this is not followed.
2. Clean up, both inside the home and out, after your pets.
3. No pets on furnishings or beds.
4. Pets are not to be left unattended.
5. Pets need to be leashed when outside of the fenced yard.
Failure to follow our rules will result in additional cleaning fees or potentially fines from the HOA if passed on to us.
