Great location and nice place!

Host was easy to communicate with and very attentive to any needs we had on our two stays on book ends of our cruise. Would book again. Nice place and great views of ocean. Great area and easy walk to Lauderdale by the Sea. Lots of close options in walking distance

Short beach stay before cruise

The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and had all we needed. The host was very responsive anytime I had questions etc. The ocean was just a few steps out the door and the tiki restaurant was an added bonus. Would stay again if we are back in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome property.. Awesome host!

Girlfriend reunion in Ft. Lauderdale was awesome in large part to Wendy, the host.. Kim the beach cocktail waitress and all of the staff simply rocked. The unit was great.. the building had a spa, resturant and the only tiki bar for a distance! We were able to walk right out onto the beach.. and it was near everything. We will be back.. thank you Wendy!

The condo was adequate would not stay again. Not updated, needs painting,caulking on baseboards. Elevator is small, dirty, and slow. Beach picture is not the pool that goes with this condo. Pool was small green and cloudy. Bed was confortable but rooms have no curtains so up early every morning.

Ocean Manor is a beautiful resort. All outside areas are well kept. Resort staff are friendly.

We rented from Wendy. She lives at Ocean Manor. She is very friendly, helped us move in and answered all questions. I feel the $1,000 security deposit on this property was outrageous. I have rented condos from Maine to Florida and never paid this amount. The condo needs some work especially when some of the electrrical outlets are loose and the air conditioning seems to need some improvements. The condo is surface clean but the dresser drawers had sand in them and just needs a deep cleaning to justify asking for $1,000 upfront for security. The Ocean Manor resort is very nice and has everything you need for a great vacation. Located by a drug store, grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Wings beach store, and several restaurants makes it a perfect location.

Great beachside condo stay before cruise

Enjoyed our stay at this beachside condo before going on a cruise. The condo has a new owner and we had to rebook everything all over so I was a little concerned about the process, but the host was very attentive and everything worked out fine. She even left champagne and texted us to tell us that there would be fireworks at midnight one night. They were amazing and is something that we will always remember! Host left food items for us to enjoy and made 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available to us which we used each day. Beach and pool are easy to get to. We had two people with accessibility issues and they were able to get around pretty well. Beds were comfortable. The condo and the building itself is also a hotel resort and a bit dated, but is a great value and we enjoyed our time there. There is a coffee stand, restaurant and tiki bar there, too. Be aware that the building is only valet parking for $15 per day. However, she let us park across the street at her business which worked just fine.

Pros and cons

The property is in a great location and has good space and layout. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking including spices and condiments! The manager was initially very responsive but had been made aware that the oven wasn’t working but never told me. When I reached out to inform her she stated she had been told that morning and had put an air fryer in the kitchen. I wish she would have communicated this, as we would have planned a different meal for dinner when grocery shopping. When I told her this, all communication stopped. In addition the room was “ready” slightly after 3 but a load of towels was left in the dryer that we were asked to take care of. Minor damage/wear in the unit that should be corrected to really make this unit shine - neither bathroom fans worked, master bathroom toilet is wobbly, some floor planks are cracked and lifting, and a busted lamp in one bedroom.

Pre-Cruise Stay

The property is beautiful. You can tell the building is older, but the property is well maintained. We had 2 adults and 5 kids, it was perfect for all of us. It is a convenient location to everything and is right on the beach which was very nice. We liked the ammenities the property had as well. We definitely would return in the future.

Awesome getaway with our family

Very accommodating as our October booking needed to be moved due to the hurricane. She gracefully let us rebook for another time. Unit was clean and well stocked. Loved having all the beach essentials including the wagon as we have 3 kids 5 and under. The amenities on site were also great. We would definitely rebook.

Stunning Oceanfront Oasis

Our recent stay at this Ft. Lauderdale oceanfront condo was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by breathtaking views. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of the ocean right outside our door. The unit was well equipped with a lot of extras: games, beach chairs, extra bedding, toiletries, etc.The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being able to step out of the building and onto the sandy beach within seconds. The condo is also conveniently located close to numerous restaurants, shops and attractions.The condo was incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, from a full set of cookware to modern appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge convenience. The host was great with communication and informative.

Great ocean front oasis

This property had a great location about 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale strip, making it a little bit quieter. The condo was well kept and cleanly. Minnie was a great host answering questions promptly and helping out whenever needed. Would defintley return to this property!

We love this property

Minnie is so helpful and easy to communicate with.Any questions i had were already answered had I paid better attention to the instructions! Lol. It was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay including many kitchen appliances, coffee, even some condiments! Beach chairs,pool toys etc all there!

Wouldn’t do it again.

I asked to check in early and she said yes. We walked in and it wasn’t cleaned yet. I let her know and we went out to enjoy the day. Check in time was at 4 and we didn’t end up checking in until 5 when it was finally cleaned. If I wouldn’t have seen everything the previous people left I would have thought we got a welcome basket but in reality it was the people before us food lol. Very few rolls of toliet paper. Microwave broken. Handle to dryer broken- have to use a hanger. No heat in unit. Two fake fireplaces but only one worked. It was cold!!! Enough blankets but had to wash everything first because all the towels and blankets reeked of tacos. Small bathroom sink faucet leaks- don’t set your makeup on counter. Most outlets don’t work. Bring your own blowdryer. Pretty view but dirty and outdated. Floors were cracked. Bathtub was old and gross. Property was decent. Broken pool chairs. Tiki hut was good with great service.

Great unit

This unit was great. Very clean and awesome view of the beach without having to leave your bed! Spacious and everything you need was there for you. Only regret was we wish we stayed longer!

Family Trip for 6

We came to Florida for a family trip to visit Ft Lauderdale and the Keys. We stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the condo. It was very clean and supplied with everything needed. Minnie was very responsive and helping. She even had beach chairs and other items for the beach. Parking was $18 a day for valet. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Tiki Bar was great, good food and drinks. The view from the room was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Minnie!

We came to town for the Taylor Swift concert and had a wonderful time at the condo. It is very large for a 2 bedroom condo and we enjoyed the pool. Parking was $18 a day for valet and worth it. Lots of places to eat near the condo. View was spectacular.

Girls trip 2024

The unit itself was nice and very clean, a little dated but had everything we needed, the beach was very nice and the access to the beach was fantastic. The host to this property was quick with any answers we needed. Now the rest of this property, had a few complaints, the pool was disgusting, while I understand sand being on the bottom being right on the beach, the top of the water was very filmy and dirty. The rental for pool chairs and umbrellas was questionable, the sign at the desk area said credit card payments only, the guy called us down to the beach when we were waiting and just set us up (nice to have this available) but when we went to pay him with credit card, he told us cash only and we paid that way, but the next day we went down one of our ladies stayed at the desk where the credit card sign was and after we got set up we told him she was waiting to pay him at the desk. When he ran her credit card, for a $48 rented he automatically added a $19 gratuity, when asked about it he tried to,say it was automatic but the receipt showed a space to add a tip at your discretion. This was brought to the on site property manager’s attention. So just beware and pay attention.
