Brand new, custom built cottage, with adorable heated cocktail pool already has 5 star reviews!!! Located in the sweet area of Old Seagrove on a sandy road, this cottage is minutes away from the beach, Seaside and Watercolor. This charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage sleeps 8. Offering approximately 1300 square feet of comfortable living space - the large living room is perfect for movies and games. The modern kitchen and island, which seats 5-8, are ideal for fun family mealtimes and cocktails. The bedrooms have beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing decor - all are equipped with smart TVs. A large screened in back porch, with fun bed swing and eating area, overlooks the private, fenced back yard and entertaining cocktail pool - which can be heated in the winter months. Nature is abundant in the area, so don't be surprised to sea big squirrels, deer, bunnies, foxes and maybe a raccoon. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking skills. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

This cottage is just 3 blocks from 30A and a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. Local dining options are: Great Southern Kitchen, Bud and Alleys, Day Trader, Fish out of Water (FOOW), Wine World, as well as Black Bear Bakery and more. The Red Bar, GracePizza30A and Cafe30A are just a few miles away. Publix and Modica Market are close, so you can easily supply your kitchen needs.

Bikes and golf carts can conveniently be delivered and picked up from this location.

The cottage was beautiful, exceptionally clean and well stocked. Cynthia was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with regarding questions. The check in process was super easy and there were no problems at all with the cottage. It is in a great location for walking to all of the main attractions on 30A, yet nestled in a quiet location for privacy. I would stay here again and highly recommend this cottage.

This house was so cute and just perfect for a little weekend getaway near Seaside! It was so comfortable and well stocked for two couples and two kiddos. We really enjoyed how comfy the furnishings were, hanging out in the little backyard pool, and walking to all the shops and restaurants in Seaside. We could not have asked for a better space to kick off our vacation week with the whole family.

Great house, great location. Has to be the most well stocked house I’ve had the pleasure of renting! Easy access to public beach but be aware not really any bike parking available and minimal golf cart parking at beach access. Pool was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay here in Old Seagrove. The house is beautifully designed with high ceilings that make the space feel open despite the smaller footprint. Everything was incredibly well stocked. I truly didn’t need a thing, which made it feel effortless and relaxing. The back porch and patio are such a highlight, especially the soak pool, perfect for unwinding after the beach. Great location, close to everything but still quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cyndi is the most amazing host. The house is on the most adorable street and in an amazing location! It is close to everything and has great beach access. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and just beyond perfect. It has everything you need and more. The beds are so comfortable, they are tons of towels, beach towels, lots of extra blankets, the kitchen is stocked. The outdoor area is amazing the screened in porch is so comfy and perfect and the chairs and pool are beyond perfect for hanging out. Cyndi is so responsive and accountable. Best house in Seaside!

We had 6 people staying and there was ample seating for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The decor was adorable. The back porch and pool area was so nice. Unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t have as much time as I would have liked to enjoy it.

This is a charming cottage within walking distance of Seaside. Our family of 6 were so impressed at how well thought out were guest comforts which included thick beach towels and blanket throws for these cool evenings. The beds were all comfortable, including the kids bunks. The screened back porch with the day bead swing was a hit with everyone, as was the heated pool. Our host was awesome…loved it!

This sweet home is our second cottage listed on VRBO. We had the opportunity to buy the lot during COVID and are so happy we did. We chose our facade and floor plan to match the older homes in the area and to look like it had always been there. I think we succeeded. We live in Atlanta and have found joy and fun hosting new renters and wonderful repeaters.
