This modern lakefront condo features 1800 sq. ft. and 4 comfortable private bedrooms and breathtaking views of the lake that can be seen from the kitchen, living room, and MBR.

The master suite features a king bed and has walk-out access to the deck. You will enjoy a private master bathroom with dual vanity and granite countertops. The master suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hangers and is also equipped with an iron and ironing board.

The second bedroom features a comfortable king bed, and the third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Both have two nightstands with lamps.

Our fourth bedroom is equipped with full over full bunk beds with an additional full-size trundle bed to comfortably sleep 6.

The second bathroom is a full bath with a shower/tub combination.

The living room features an over-sized leather sectional, two comfortable chairs, and an ottoman. It is furnished with an electric fireplace and a Smart TV. High-speed wifi is available throughout the condo.

The kitchen features granite countertops and appliances including an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It is stocked with everything you need including a blender, toaster, and dual-brew coffee maker for brewing pots of coffee or individual K-cups. The dinner table can seat up to 8 and there also is kitchen island seating for 4.

On the deck, you will enjoy one of the best views in Okoboji from comfortable seating around a gas fire table. As you are watching boats cruise by or an amazing sunset, dinner can be cooked on the Weber gas grill.

The condo also has an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!

Access to the hotel gym is also included. This condo is in the Bayside building which has a private outdoor condo pool directly next to the building where you can enjoy beautiful lake views while enjoying the pool. This building is a short walk to onsite restaurants Bracco and Waterfront. The waterpark is also within walking distance.

You can also walk (or ride) down the stairs to fish off the private boat dock in East Lake Okoboji or try your luck at the Bridges Bay stocked fishing pond. Additional Bridges Bay amenities that are available for you include basketball hoops, an outdoor play area, and an outdoor fire pit located on the premises. We offer a discount for stays of 7 or more days.
