Come visit our brand new fully furnished cozy and modern vacation home in the Berkshires. This 2BR home can sleep up to 6 people. All of our mattresses have been replaced in June '21.

Enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace in the living room after a day of exploring the town.

Pleasant & good value

It’s clean, comfortable, very nice modern kitchen. No outdoor amenities or great views from immediate property but very close to “The Best of the Berkshires.”

Sisters Weekend

This condo worked out well for my sister and myself for our time checking out Lenox, Stockbridge and our trip to Tanglewood. The location is only a few minutes away from Tanglewood. Carmen always responded right away to email whenever I had a question. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were very comfortable.

Berkshire getaway

We had a great weekend. The property was not the cleanest. There were a lot of cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. In the bedroom nearest the front of the dwelling there was a booger smeared on the wall. There was no homey feeling to it. The 2 tubes of toiletries we found were in the medicine chest and half gone. The appliances all worked great. The beds were great. When we returned in the evening hours there was no sidewalk and the grassy ground was wet.

Thank you for your response. Our cleaning lady cleaned and replenished all the supplies prior to your stay as she has done for all our of reservations. We even had her dust the day before your check in to ensure there were no dust or cobwebs.

Location, location, location but...

For attending Tanglewood concerts, you cannot beat the location of this rental. It is just 8 minutes from the main entrance. It’s also very close to all the locations you would want to visit while in the Berkshires. However, if you’re looking for charm and comfort this is not the place for you. The building is a modular duplex. The pictures on the website are quite accurate. What was most disconcerting was that the beds were just boxsprings with a mattress pad on top. The couch cushions sank into the folding bed. We would not use the word ‘cozy’ to describe this property. It was a pleasure to have the use of a new washing machine and dryer as well as the dishwasher. We would suggest that the owner consider investing in new mattresses and a new sofa. BTW, the TV controls did not work.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

The was an ideal location for our fall getaway. It allowed us to travel and see many of the small Berkshire towns and sights. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great location and confortable living space

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day. Beds are comfortable. Property owner is very responsive.

With a little TLC this could easily be 5/5

The condo was beautifully clean! Everything was spotless when we walked in. Although a little small, it was perfect for our family of 5. We were skiing the week we stayed and it would be nice if there was somewhere to put our wet and dirty boots when we walked in. The beds were adequate but mattresses not all that comfortable. There is no walkway outside the house so we had to walk through the mud and then bring muddy boots inside with no where to put them. There was also no shovel and we got stuck in the snow. After a long time of trying to get our car out, a plow truck came. There is a nice fireplace but we followed the directions and it just didn't work. Also, the wifi did not work so we had to use data and my son who has an iPod was not able to use it. These are all little things that could easily be fixed and the place would be perfect! The price is definitely right! The kitchen had utensils to eat and cook with and the beds had comfortable sheets and pillows. There were enough towels to shower and there is a washer and dryer as well. Overall, a great little find that just needs a little TLC.

Hi Bonnie, Thank you so much for your review and feedback! I'm sorry to hear about some of the things you encountered and I wanted to address them. A few months ago, we changed our wifi password. The updated pw was included in the welcome packet that I sent you on 1/22/18. Did you use that info to put into your devices? As for a place to put your muddy shoes/skis/etc, we actually purchased boot trays specifically for your stay: https://www.amazon.com/Internets-Best-Waterproof-Multi-Purpose-Polypropylene/dp/B01M3NXQD4/ref=sr_1_14?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1516642029&sr=1-14&keywords=boot+tray. I asked my cleaning lady to put them in the unit for you because you inquired if there was a place. My caretaker was in charge of our plow and he came as early as he could after the snow storm. But I should have asked him to leave a shovel during the winter time in case any of our guests needed to use it. That was an oversight on my part. Thank you again for staying at our condo. I hope you come back again. Carmen

Great place to Stay - our 2nd year in a row

Our family came to the area for a retreat. Carmen's place is a great find. It was close to where our retreat was being held, making it easy to come back in the afternoon for peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This condo is a terrific value due to it's location...2 miles to Tanglewood, 3 to Lenox Center and in the other direction is Stockbridge. Very convenient.

Unit 2 this time.

Stayed in Unit 2 this year (Unit 1 last year). Mirror image and the same comments apply, mostly exceptionally clean. Went to Haven for weekday breakfast and weekend brunch. Our favorite.

Wonderful place to stay.

This is the fourth time we've stayed here. The condo is clean and has everything you need. It's also only 3 miles to Tanglewood. Carmen is a wonderful owner. She's easy to deal with and truly wants her guests to have a lovely time.

house had every thing I needed was clean bed was comfortable it is very close to both gates (entrances to tanglewwood) about 2 miles which we loved Also 5/10minute drive to town of stockbridge 25 min drive to great barrington yes I would rent this property again

The location of this home is close to everything. Tanglewood Music Center, and near Lenox, Great Barrington, the Norman Rockwell Museum, and Jacob's Pillow to name a few. There is a boat dock is only less than a minute drive from here to load into water for those who have a boat or kayak.
