Enter a real Florentine experience with our 100 sqm apartment on the first floor. The Medieval Palace is located next to the Basilica of Santa Croce. Immerse yourself in the comforts (air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi) while exploring the spacious double living room, the equipped kitchen, the double bedroom, and the single bedroom, two bathrooms and the indoor terrace. With bus and taxi stops 50 meters away, it is strategically located and a number of typical restaurants and bars under the house.
The space
Quiet apartment with lots of natural light, 6-meter ceilings, large living room with dining area, wifi and smart TV, kitchen with central island, intimate double bedroom and single room. The large living room houses the dining area and the living area. The fourth bed is in the living room sofa bed. Nice little indoor terrace has a conversation corner and laundry area.

This apartment is steps away from the Santa Croce church, right on the plaza. It was very clean, with combined washer and dryer which was a great help. A taxi stand was at the end of the plaza, and we found several good restaurants within a few short blocks. We loved this apartment.

The locations of this spacious apartment can't be beat! Right on the Piazza, but toward the back of the building so very quiet. Loads of restaurants, markets and conveniences nearby. Florence is very walkable, but this location made it easy to access all the major sights easily. And there is a taxi stand right at the Piazza so no need to phone for a cab when needed. Host Antonio was very helpful and the entrance to the property was totally efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay at Antonio’s property. The location is second to none with the beautiful Santa Croce church right outside and easy walking distance to all key sites. The AC was second to none too as we arrived in the midst of a heat wave. Grocery close by and lots of restaurants also with the apartment well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place

We were very happy with this accommodation. It is spacious, bright, good kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. The location is excellent right beside Saint Croce Church, lots of restaurants within blocks, a coffee shop next door. The property manager was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Our stay at Antonio’s place was great. The location was superb, and the apartment was exactly as it was listed. Spacious apartment on the Santa Croce square. Apartment faces the inner courtyard so it is quiet. Clean and well appointed. Has lots of Italian character. We met the owner and he was very friendly. We used the washer/dryer without any problems. Was great to have that option during our vacation.

Gem in Piazza Santa Croce

My husband, daughter and I spent a week at Antonio's apartment! The listing is very accurate...it is clean, spacious and in a great location. You walk out right onto the the Piazza Santa Croce, and conveniently next to a cafe. There are plenty of restaurants at every turn of the streets. Although, we didn't do much cooking...the kitchen appeared well equipped if you desired to cook. Antonio was very quick to respond any questions. Our stay was fun, relaxing and smooth. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, very convenient to everything. But, there was no hot water on arrival. This was fixed as soon as possible, but not a good way to begin a trip after long flights. Then there was also construction that went on all during the day- banging, drilling, etc. right behind the main living area bedroom, kitchen and living room. I had to work during part of the stay so this was a very big issue for me. I reported but no change in the construction the last 3 days and no response on any resolution.

I can clearly see that this review was done only based on frustration and not on objective "problems" that our property has. How is it our fault if there are construction works that we do not do? How are we supposed to stop the noise if we are not the ones making it? Also, the double glass covers most of the noise, so I doubt that the noise was very high. We allowed you to do an early check-in which you didn't mention in the review. Additionally, when using hot water, allow time for the water to come to temperature.

Beautiful, clean, modern, well-furnished apartment

We loved our visit at this very special home. The owners are lovely, attentive and helpful, offering suggestions on the area. Location is convenient without being in the noisy parts of the city. Plenty of hot water with 2 showers. A/C in each room. Washer/dryer and dishwasher work very well. Restaurant downstairs, but not open terribly late, so very quiet at bedtime. The swallows can be seen performing their acrobatics over the inner courtyard in the morning.
