The house was spotless. Well stocked kitchen for feeding our group of 6 and Victor was very responsive for anything we needed. It was secluded and took about 30 minutes to get to USMA.We will be back! Thanks Victor and Francine.

This was a fantastic house for our family as we celebrated our West Point cadet for Acceptance Day weekend. We had a small hiccup with a blown fuse and the owner was reachable and so attentive, fixed the issue right away and was so kind. Will be glad to go back to this house in future.

Beautiful home in a great location for touring the Hudson River Valley. The kitchen is very well-stocked, the family room has a large TV for evening movie--viewing. The home is as-descrbed/shown in the photos, and the owner is very available if anything is needed. The beautiful white swan across the road in the large pond area is a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cold Spring property! The home is spacious, exceptionally clean, and features a fantastic, large kitchen with every appliance imaginable. The house has tremendous curb appeal and overlooks a pond where we noticed a lone mute swan took residence. It is also in an ideal location--so close to the Village of Cold Spring, the Hudson River and a convenient 30-minute drive to West Point. The host was highly responsive and communicative. We would definitely recommend this comfortable home to anyone visiting the area!.

We are lucky to have guests like you. The care and respect you showed our home is oh so appreciative. The resident Swan you mentioned has been here for 10 years now. We now have a family of foxes who are a new and welcomed addition. We are glad you had a good stay visiting Your son at West Point and visiting Cold Spring. So Happy to have you. All our thoughts and prayers.

Perfect for our wedding weekend!

A beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home that was well appointed and even better in-person than in the photos. Excellent communication from the owners. We loved our stay and enjoyed our time here leading up to, preparing, and relaxing after our wedding at Boscobel.

A - Day Paradise

We stayed here for A - Day to give our cadet time away from post to decompress. Beautiful property with an amazing patio. Great food choices nearby as well as Walmart to stock up our cadet before he started his Academic Year.

Beautiful location and yard. We could not find the hot tub? House could have been cleaner. All in all a great spot.

Oh My, we just started listing this property in March! The listing that we have a Hot Tub was a pure oversight. It is now removed. As far as the cleanliness we have a professional cleaner go through the home after each booking. I thank you for your input and will check into it when we get back in town.

Fall Family Week - West Point Family Weekend

Victor, Thank you so much! We LOVED our visit and were so blessed to have our first visit to the area staying in your lovely home! You thought of absolutely everything to make us feel welcomed and I have to say this was one of the BEST vrbo’s we have ever stayed in! The area up there in the fall was beautiful & we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We may already be planning our next visit to the area for West Point graduation in May & will be checking to see availability of your beautiful home!

Great home for family getaway.

We stayed at this home while visiting our son at the USMA. We had a difficult trip getting there and were delayed almost 10 hours. Victor was available at midnight when we finally arrived and had trouble getting in. He also went out if his way to help us find a rental care after ours that we had reserved fell through. The house is beautiful and homey. Highly recommend!
