The contemporary, open-plan kitchen seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern functionality, offering sleek stainless-steel appliances and a cozy breakfast nook. Outside, the large deck overlooks a shimmering 16x38 private pool that is available to be heated for an additional fee. Practical exterior amenities include an outside shower, a fish cleaning station, and two gas grills, plus a charcoal grill for preparing meals. Guests have access to numerous Chicahauk Community amenities, including tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, a soccer field, and a kayak launch. Exclusive beach parking areas are also provided for Chicahauk guests.
