Visit the beach, build sandcastles and soak in the sun. Home features four beds total so it`s perfect for the entire family. Located on a charming street, close to downtown, local shopping, and Black River Landing.

Beautiful neighborhood, quiet street, well manicured, next to Lake Erie. Steps away from Lakeview Park, and Lakeview Beach. 5 Minutes to Downtown Lorain, 10 minutes from Walmart, and local shops. Walking distance to Black River Landing and local concerts in the park.

Walking distance to Downtown, City Hall, and the Marina. Uber and Lyft also a convenient option. Parking on the property, and also street parking available.
