What a great apartment! The staff was very friendly. We loved seeing the park from the balcony- it made all the difference. It was nice walking through the park too. Many nearby restaurants made the location ideal. The café next next door was so yummy!

This apartment was in a fantastic location right next to the park and many bars, shops, and restaurants. We really appreciated Joaquin's quick communication and the amenities provided. Overall a great place to stay while visiting CDMX!

The condo was amazing! Huge! The snacks and beer in the fridge when we arrived was a nice touch. It really had everything we needed and more. We will reserve at this location again for sure.

Joaquin was so attentive. The place was a perfect spot for all things. In a great neighborhood, gorgeous views, big enough for a 6 person group. Beautiful indoor design, so many amenities. I’d definitely recommend!!!

We appreciated the ability to drop off our luggage earlier than our check in. We were able to leave with the guard and then meet up with our daughter who also got in earlier. The place is incredibly located. The parks, the restaurants, the coffee shops and the layout of the apartment with the views were fantastic. We hope to return. This was our first time to CDMX and we were blown away by it all. Thank you Joaquin for your hospitality.

The space is nice and the bedrooms are separated from the common area, so that is nice. We would have benefited from a fitted sheet on the bed, the flat sheets come untucked easily. We felt awkward sometimes with the people behind the desk. We came in late one evening and seemed to be an irritation for that person.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. Loved the location which was walkable to stores and restaurants. There is car traffic at front of building which can get noisy if sleeping on the couch but not anything that wasn’t manageable. Ear plugs were provided so that helped. Would stay again!

Our host was amazing. He was so welcoming and responsive to all requests. The location is perfect. In a great area of Condesa across from a park and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is very chic and well laid out. Love the front and back balconies to take advantage of the morning and afternoon sun.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was perfect for two couples—comfortable, well laid out, and exactly as described. Joaquin was extremely responsive and communicative throughout. The front door staff was friendly and helpful, which made coming and going easy. The location was ideal: walkable to great restaurants and bars, with quick and inexpensive DiDi rides to other neighborhoods. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous and spacious apartment perfect for solo travelers or small groups

I stayed here on a solo trip for 5 days and had a total blast! Joaquin was extremely responsive and the building was very safe and conveniently located. It was quite hot during my stay so the fans in the room were a big blessing - and as someone who likes noise when I sleep, that was not an issue :) would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! My wife and I stayed here for a few days and the accommodations were excellent. There was some street noise but we used the fan to help with that while sleeping. Mexico City was very nice overall, but DO NOT have a drink outside of an establishment or your home… the Police WILL arrest you and take as much money from you as they think they can reasonably get, especially if you’re a foreigner… we saw others having a beer and thought it was ok. After about 10 minutes the police walked up and took us to the police station where we had to negotiate our cash fine with the officers… otherwise, we had an awesome time!!

Apartment is in a great part of the city for walking & exploring. The check-in process and access to apartment itself was very easy. It was not clear to me when booking that there is no A/C. I realize this is common in Mexico City but we found it uncomfortably hot when sleeping, even when keeping curtains closed all day. Otherwise the place itself is very basic, no frills. Towels & linens could use updating.

lovely modern apartment across from park

This was a lovely place to stay in Mexico City, centrally located to the thriving neighborhoods of Condesa and Roma. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our only wish was for quieter fans, the ones in the bedrooms were quite loud and hard to sleep with but keeping the doors/windows open was also noisy. It's on a busy street so be prepared for the noise but it was clean and comfortable and quite modern, the balconies were a huge plus. We'd stay there again!

This was a fabulous VRBO in the heart of Condesa and walking distance to other wonderful neighborhoods, including Roma. The apartment itself is clean, warm and inviting with phenomenal windows leading to beautiful views And a great cross breeze. The beds are very comfortable. The furnishings in the living room comfortable as well. The showers are fabulous with lots of hot water. The art inside the apartment is an absolute treat. The apartment is right across from a large park which is lovely to take a walk in. The coffee shop, next door, is delightful. It feels very safe and secure with a 24-hour guard. Joaquin what's incredibly responsive when we reached out to them and even found a pair of glasses we left behind so that they could be retrieved. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would return.

Great stay! The beds were firm (how I like them) and the water in the shower was hot. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and easy to get picked up in an Uber. There was a coffee shop right downstairs to easily grab coffee in the morning and grocery stores in the area to grab food. Joaquin was responsive and gave us extra TP when we asked, and clearly communicated when there was a power outage in the area (did affect the elevator, but not the power in our apartment). Joaquin also provided us with a complimentary cleaning since we stayed for over 10 days, which was great :) My only recommendation would be to get some new fans as the fan in our bedroom was a bit wonky. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
