Important Information:

Payment Policy: We do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment is only accepted via Zelle, Check, or Bank Transfer.
Refundable Damage Deposit: A $800 deposit is required for each stay.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome up to 45 lbs. A pet fee of $85 + tax is charged for the first week, with a maximum fee of $170 + tax for stays of up to one month. An additional refundable $100 security deposit is required if staying with a pet. All pets must be approved by our support team in advance.
Support Team: Available from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Occupancy: Price is based on 6 guests. Additional guests are $25 + tax per person, up to a maximum of 12 guests.

Great location we wanted a dock to keep a boat at which worked our great, the house is dated and the master bathroom had no door, not a big deal.Dont shower when the sprinklers or any other water is getting used as you will get burned.2nd bathroom is small but it worked out having 3 bathrooms all together.Close to publix and a few resturants in walking distance if needed.We kept the pool at 98 degress it warmed up nicely.

Beautiful view. Everything was neat and clean. We would definitely go back . The stores were nearby and the sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Villa Marco

Overall it was a nice stay. A few things we had issues on were in the master bedroom the a/c really doesn’t reach so it was always hot. As well both sinks in the bathroom were clogged and would take awhile to drain. The pool has a leak so the pool guy told us to leave the hose in the pool on. We also found a pipe and lighter by the pool and it wasn’t for tabaco.

Thanksgiving beach vacation

This was a nice spacious property with private pool right on the canal. Our family of six enjoyed staying here. I would say the only downside would be It was a little dated and one of the showers didn’t work great. Not great water pressure but the other was fine.

A WONDERFUL TRIP! VISITED LOCAL FRIENDS AND THIS HOUSE WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE CANAL. SAW DOLPHINS GO BY LATE AFTERNOON. HOME OWNER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND COMMUNICATION WAS ON KEY. HOUSE WAS GREAT SIZE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD NEED. BIT OUT DATED BUT STILL WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. WE USED THE GRILL ONE NIGHT AND HAD A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT ON THE PATIO. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room and very clean. There were fishing poles on the patio and my daughter loved fishing right in the back yard. We saw a manatee and tons sting rays. The pool was great, it was fun to eat breakfast on the patio every morning. Next time we go to Marco Island we are definitely staying here. I called Mike with a couple of questions and he was very helpfully. Five star all the way.

Perfect location for boaters

Great house, amazing location. Minutes to the Gulf. Lots of good restaurants nearby whether by car or boat. House is very big, layout is really nice. Covered patio outside is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Only a couple minor issues which we mentioned to management company. Such as the 3rd bedroom is right next to the garage and does not cool down. Otherwise we had a fantastic week!

Excellent Vacation House

We stayed at the villa in April 2014 and had great time there. The location is convenient, everything on the island is just a short drive away. Our kids loved fishing in the canal off the villa's boat dock and were lucky to spot a few sea animals, including a dolphin, a manatee, and numerous stingrays. The pool was nice and clean. There are several orange trees and a mango tree on the lot, and we did pick some oranges for juicing but the mangoes were not ripe yet. Communicating with the host Mikhail was easy and smooth. He is wiry attentive. They were prompt in answering our questions by email and over the phone before and during our stay at the house. We loved it .... a lot.

lovely veiw of the water, great place for large family

overall, I enjoyed my stay at Villa Marco. The house was clean and had great views of the canal from various rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom was very far away from the other bedrooms so if you had a large group of people, it gave you a lot of room to spread out. My favorite spot in the house was sitting out on the patio looking at the pool and canal. The biggest minuses were that the front door knob kept falling off and you had to keep putting it on to get out of the house. We arrived in the dark and it was at the end of a cul de sac so it was hard to find our house number because there were not any lights on. It could also use some baking dishes and more water drinking glasses.

Horrible experience

For the extended version, refer to the numerous complaints on file. But for starters, the house was not as it was described on the listing. The fourth bedroom, which is not pictured in the description, was not as advertised. I was later mislead by the management company while trying to clarified the layout. The management company attempted to draw a diagram for the layout, but this was not remotely close to the true layout. Dead roach in the cabinet, attributed by the management to be from recent spraying. Air conditioning went out during stay, which was blamed on our group by the owner, after making complaints. The owner further claimed our deposit would not be returned due to loud noise complaints he had received. This was found to be false after contacting Marco Island Police Department. The owner later called me personally as made comments such as “you are good as dead”. He later claimed he meant I was good as dead to “him”. He threatened legal action if our group did not leave and further claimed he would send an eviction team to have us removed. All this over complaints made to VRBO about his property. VRBO made no attempts to right this wrong. Later, the host claimed we booked for the wrong amount of people, only paying for 11… HOWEVER, Vrbo specifically said they did not collect payments for this listing and billing was done by the management agency. I was clear when booking that our party was 15. We vacated the property early to save our vacation.

The property was in a great location. The neighbor was very quiet and was easily accessible to restaurants etc. HOWEVER, the home needed some updates and several repairs are needed as well to give it a higher rating. All said, we enjoyed our time on Marco Island. The property was listed as fenced in , but we had to put some barriers up to keep our pet inside the yard.

Older home not as advertised

Very nice location at the end of the street. Very nice views. But This is a 2.5 bath home. Not as advertised. The bathrooms are very rundown. For the high rental rate this home is not worth the money. I would recommend trying to find another place. The property manager was responsive however they did not handle many of the problems we experienced.

The House of Villa Marco is in a Good repair and it is not in competitions with brand new Houses that was bullied yesterday. Though, it works very well for most of our prior Guests. We are sorry that you did not have enough of Toilet paper and Paper towels.... Unfortunately, We do not offer a service person at the house. Wonderful Location

Excellent vacation home, located at the end of street with a beautiful waterfront location. The house was large with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Never ran out of hot water and the A/C worked great. First time at Marco Island and will be returning again and staying here at the same location as well.
