Cet exceptionnel 4 chambres / 2. La maison unifamiliale de 5 salles de bains est sur la baie de Caxambas avec les vues rares et dégagées, parfaites pour regarder la faune abondante de la Floride telle que des dauphins, des lamantins, des iguanes, des tortues et des pélicans juste au bord de la piscine. Cette maison est située dans un endroit extrêmement calme sur l'île que vous entendrez parfois les dauphins en croisière avant même de les voir, mais vous êtes encore à une courte distance en voiture ou à 15 minutes en vélo des plages et des stations balnéaires de Marco Island. Vous pouvez apporter votre meilleur ami à fourrure avec vous si vous souhaitez que cette maison est chien amical, un frais supplémentaire non remboursable de 250 $ pour animaux de compagnie sera applicable.

La maison dispose d'une grande piscine et d'une vaste zone de lanai avec une exposition au soleil du sud pour divertir avec des vues incroyables sur l'eau. Un grill au propane pour dîner ainsi qu'une cuisine gastronomique avec beaucoup d'espace pour faire plaisir au chef du groupe. Il y a un coin de sable relaxant à côté de la maison qui peut servir de votre propre plage privée au bord de l'eau avec des chaises longues et un foyer. Vous pouvez même pêcher directement depuis le tout nouveau quai de bateau avec la possibilité de permettre à un bateau de s'amarrer, cette maison offre tout simplement vous détendre au soleil et profiter de la vue fantastique!

La suite principale offre un grand lit king size avec une vue sur l'eau et un accès direct à la véranda et à la piscine avec une salle de bains principale privée. La 2ème chambre offre un lit queen size avec une télévision à écran plat et une vue sur l'eau, la 3ème chambre a deux lits queen et une télévision à écran plat tandis que la 4ème chambre est équipée de 2 lits jumeaux et d'une télévision à écran plat. Il ya deux canapés-lits queen dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires et les membres de la famille qui veulent suivre!

The most amazing week ever!!! I knew this home was in a great location but I had no idea that I would see hundreds of birds (about 15 different species) fly past the house, feet away, every single sunrise and sunset!!! Just like clockwork, starting about 20 minutes before. As an avid bird photographer, this was incredibly special! Oh and there is a pair of osprey that greet every sunrise on the palm tree next door, just fantastic! If you’re a boater, this is also the perfect house! With two tides a day, mooring our boat has been a pain in the past but not at this house, the amazing dock raises and lowers with the tide. You just pull in, secure your boat to the cleats and don’t worry about anything else!! It’s in the perfect location to get anywhere around Marco and the 10,000 islands area! The most spectacular shelling too!! The house itself was perfect, with the most comfortable bed we’ve had at a rental house. We had everything we needed with a beautiful view out of every back window. My husband and I have had some very special vacations and this is a top one for us both! Thank you for suck a special week!!!

This was our second year here and we love the lanai, pool & view, it is awesome.Although they never came to clean the pool til Friday, which I feel they should have been there before that and I did make the real estate aware of this!The house could use some updates, which I suggested last year and NONE of that was done.Everything still the same. The one bathroom has no where to put your stuff in the shower. Location is very nice, a quiet neighborhood and no one real close to the property.The ice maker worked but not real great!One thing that is nice your not to far from the Publix.

Watching the dolphins everyday was amazing.Pool was awesome!The house was not very clean. There were sunflower seeds everywhere. The bikes were broken and we never got to use them. The back gate was broken.

Was a great place to stay. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Saw plenty of wildlife out back and caught plenty of fish from the docks. Will stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.

Family Vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property. The privacy and location are so unique. The house layout was absolutely perfect for our family of adult/teenage kids and grandparents that came with us. This house is fully stocked with everything! We rented a boat for a few days and the boat dock was amazing. Morning coffee watching the water and evening fires on the sand are breathtaking . We would definitely come back.

Great location, great house and layout and the pool was perfect. The only drawback was the very limited kitchen supplies especially when cooking for 12 (pans, silverware, storage bowls. In the grand scheme, the lack of kitchen ware had little impact on our stay but you might want to bring some larger cookware if you have a large group. Other than that, this home will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a great time fishing off the wonderful dock and enjoying the wildlife. The layout of the home was great for the two families and kids as there are two bedrooms on each side of the house and plenty of common areas. We would highly recommend this home.

Overall about what we expected. There were a few problems; roof leaks above kitchen, the refrigerator freezer did not cool very good. It could have been a lot cleaner, the cleaning people did not do a very good job. It is an older home that could use some updates.

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful property with gorgeous views from the pool and house. It was wonderful sitting in the lanai or laying in the pool with the view, breeze and wildlife. Daily we seen Iguanas, manatee, dolphins and an alligator. Many different birds flying over and loved watching the pelicans. Close to the beach and anything else you may want to do with a short drive. Beds are comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house and location. The house is comfortable. The fishing was amazing. It’s quiet. No one drives by. We caught grouper, sharks, snook, and snapper. We hooked tarpon. We have manatee and dolphin swim by. It was an absolute paradise.

Pool party!!!

The kids really enjoyed the pool! It was nice having an outdoor shower and outside access to one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked well. One of the pull-out couches was broken. Boaters cut pretty close to our dock while our fishing lines were out. The neighbors were rude.

We loved the view of Caxambas Pass and watched the birds fly in and out of the 10,000 Islands from the dock each morning and evening. The house is adequate, a bit tired, and doesn't take advantage of the view. Scraggly shrubs block the view from the house.

Paradise

It is an older house but set up beautiful. We had plenty of room, and lots of extra towels and blankets. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We had a boat delivered to the house and the dock was great. We saw dolphins daily, and gopher turtles when the sun was out. On one walk we saw a bobcat. The views of the Gulf of Mexico were incredible. The property manager was great and efficient. Would recommend this place for sure
