Beginning the week of July 27, 2026, and running through October 30, 2026, the Sea Winds condominium complex will undergo exterior repairs to certain balconies. The balconies requiring repair have been identified. Despite the condo in this listing NOT being on the list requiring repairs, guests during this 3-month period may experience construction related inconveniences. Repair work is possible Monday – Friday (approximately 8am - 4:30pm). There may be construction-related noise intermittently throughout the workday. Dust from the repair work may be present on the balcony of this condo. As a precaution to falling debris, the pool is expected to be closed during working hours. A temporary walkway is expected to be constructed to allow beachgoers to safely pass outside the work zone.
All known information regarding the upcoming construction is shared accurately as of the date of this listing. Construction plans are subject to change and may lead to inconveniences during guest stay that are not listed at the time of booking.

After a complete renovation, this condo welcomed its first renters in June 2024. Furnished with your comfort in mind, relax in the tastefully decorated living area, savor home-prepared meals in a fully stocked kitchen, and unwind in the cozy bedrooms.
- LIVING/DINING AREA: Comfortable sofa is a Queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, 55” flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, dining table seats up to 6.
- KITCHEN: Fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, a Keurig that makes pots and individual cups. blender, knife set. and toaster. Featuring all new appliances and beautiful quartz countertop.
- MASTER BEDROOM: King-sized bed, private bath w/walk-in shower, ceiling fan, 42” flat screen Smart TV. Walk-in closet provides ample space for clothing storage during your stay. Blackout curtains allow guests to either enjoy the view and sun or sleep soundly in near darkness.
- SECOND BEDROOM: 2 twin beds, private bath w/walk-in shower, ceiling fan, 32” flat screen Smart TV, "black out shade" on the window.
- BATHROOMS: Bath, hand, wash towels supplied, one hair dryer, a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal toiletries and sunscreen.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: New full-sized combination washer & dryer inside the condo. We do our best to supply complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets (not guaranteed).
- BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary beach items for your use include beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler.
- PROPERTY AMENITIES: Pool (heated during winter), hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts.
- TECHNOLOGY: Wi-Fi access included. All 3 TVs mentioned are Smart TVs. Access to local cable and 50 hours of DVR storage is available through the Summit Broadband App on Smart TVs. Most streaming Apps are available by signing into your personal account(s). There is no land-line phone. You will need to have a cell phone.
- MISCELLANEOUS: Maximum occupancy of 6 including children and we highly recommend limiting to 4 adults (we want you to be comfortable, not cramped). Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out only (unless arrangements are made in advance of booking). 7-night minimum rental (contact owner for partial weeks). Sea Winds charges a $50 registration fee (subject to change) which includes your parking pass. Non-smoking condo and property (smoking in designated area only). No pets allowed (Sea Winds rule).
