In the Beachcomber you can plan on fun in this spacious, family-friendly oceanfront home located on Myrtle Beach's famous Golden Mile. After frolicking in the surf, head back to the Beachcomber to play in the large oceanfront yard. Enjoy the fabulous ocean views while you relax in the second story sunroom, or kick back and feel the ocean breeze on the screened in porch downstairs. Accommodating up to 16 people, this professionally managed 5 bedroom and 4 bath vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen; living room; dining area; central air/heat; cable television; phone, washer/dryer and private yard.

The comfortable style makes this a great house for the children in your family and the amenities make for easy vacation, TVs with cable/DVD upstairs and down (3 total). Maximum occupancy is 16 people. 4 night minimum. allowed for certain months. Home is available for monthly winter rentals.

For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Perfect house on the beach

We loved the house, the location and we could bring our dogs! The house had everything we needed to cook every night (Covid world), a yard and the beach right out the back door. Loved the week spent with family! We will be back!

Great property

The first time all of us have had the chance to get together and we had a blast. The house is huge and accommodated 11 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. Great house and Booe realty made it all very easy and hassle free.

A wonderful time by all!

We loved the location and the beautiful old house! The house could use some upgrades. Some of the air vents were a little molded. But the nice maintenance man showed up right away and fixed things!

Family Spring Break

Location was perfect. Furniture in sunroom needs upgrading. One chair was broken, the couch back support on one side was broken, and the cushions were flat and generally uncomfortable. An outdoor shower would be a great addition since one bathroom doesn’t have a shower and two others are extremely small. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for the family to socialize. Screens on the porch need repair.

Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful stay. Check in at Booe Reality was quick and easy. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the public beach access right beside the house rather than the path from the back yard just because it was so well done and easy to access and also had a sand shower. It would have been extremely helpful to have a refrigerator in the garage, especially with 16 guests in the house. It caused us to spend a lot on ice. A shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs would also be a big plus. In reference to an earlier review-No bugs were seen anywhere. Overall, it was a lovely old beach home and accommodated our group well.

Old style enjoyment

Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the crock pot. Beds were fair. Not great but fair. We would stay there again if they addressed a few of those needed repairs and maybe upgraded at least the main room beds. All in all it was a pleasant stay and very easy to work with Booe Realty.

Hiccups and bumps

The kitchen is upstairs -grill was downstairs. Screened in porch upstairs-access to the beach thru the house downstairs. Tub with no shower and a broken unusable tub/shower upstairs.Two showers so small hard to shut the doors downstairs.To leave or enter you must use stairs. 1 person is amputee,2 people had knee and hip replacement &2 person with neck surgeries. This property was NOT handicap friendly and was a struggle to do anything.

We practice being transparent with our properties. The Beachcomber is a 70 year old, two story house on the beach as shown with the many images and a virtual tour provided on VRBO. We do this to provide clarity as to what the property actually looks like and how it is set up. Had we known after you booked on VRBO that you were seeking handicap accommodations, we could have suggested something more suitable. However, we do apologize your stay was not up to par. Great family location!!

This property is only steps from the beach. The fishing is not very good but we enjoy walking on the beach & looking for sharks teeth. The sunroom is the best place to relax and enjoy the view. The TV service is not good. We can only watch one TV at a time. All in all, we have a good time and thought this property is very nice.

Great location and very poor maintenance

The location is absolutely perfect and beach access is just 2 mins walk. The major disappointment is the house where we found roaches , grubs and milipede’s. We had 3 infants and we were just scared and sleepless.we had to clean the beds every day and night to make sure nothing is in there. The bathrooms clogged/slow draining and had to wait for the flush to refill. Sure the reviews were great but it wasn’t the same at all. Cockroach feces were found in kitchen cabinets and we noticed the property is up for sale as well.

Amazing Place!!

We had an awesome time and we'll definitely be back. The house was well stocked with beach gear and amenities to make the trip an incredible experience. The beds were comfortable. The family enjoyed the screened porch areas and spent lots of time out there laughing and making memories!! Easy check-in and check out. Five Stars!! Highly recommended!!
