Great property in beautiful Santana Row. We loved walking along the shops and listening to the live music every evening. Very convenient to great restaurants. The underground parking garage also made getting out and about to other spots in San Jose very convenient. Ginger is a wonderful host (this is my second time with her) and event mailed by husband's glasses to us that he left behind! Highly recommend.

Location excellent, unit good size, very clean, well equipped. Great unit to people watch down below in Santana Row. Crowds come on the weekends. The internet speed is slow for my needs. I use it for hospital EMR so xrays, MRI’s, CT’s and charting.

1 BR Studio with a View!

I have always been a firm believer of the phrase "if it's too good to be true, it probably is", that was until I stayed here! I don't like to travel, but unfortunately I have to and I'm a snob when it comes to how I fly and where I stay. For this trip we were staying over the Thanksgiving weekend and had our 6 month old with us. So among the usual requirements, we needed a place that had a kitchen. This rental checked everything off. It was the perfect size and location. Within walking distance from a Starbucks and shops. Access was easy and it had underground parking. I was a little apprehensive staying at Santana Row because of the traffic and people shopping, but it really wasn't that bad. There were the occasional texter/walker that didn't see oncoming traffic, but it was the perfect location. Everything was provided in the rental and it was very clean. Ginger and Ray were so nice and made everything convenient. They explained everything and made sure everything worked before handing us the keys. It truly felt like home. If they had cleaning supplies and a vacuum, I would've started cleaning like it was my own home. Check out was a breeze and it truly felt like a vacation. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone that I know.

Terrific location and accomodations

The property is great! Secure building and parking..... A-list shopping and places to eat right at the property. And it's a Mall across the street. The location has easy access to the airport, downtown and convention centers. The owners are terrific people and very easy to work with. We plan to return in the future.....

Very well kept and comfortable

Ginger met me and showed me all the important things I needed to know about the security system and entry keys. She is a very pleasant and helpful person and I felt comfortable with the unit right from the start. The unit is small but very well arranged. The kitchen is wonderful although I only used the refrigerator and microwave. This unit is directly above the Santana Row businesses and shops so eating out is convenient and tasty too! I enjoyed hearing the noises from the street, even tho several reviewers were not happy with it. They were not enough to keep me awake or disturb my TV watching at all. I wish I could have stayed longer, but there is always a next time! Thank you Ginger!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santana Row Condo. Property was perfect and description listing was 100% accurate. Felt like "home"! Ginger was a gracious host from start to finish...never had the opportunity to meet Ray :-( Maybe next time! Ginger was extremely helpful introducing the property "ins-and outs" to us and she had terrific suggestions for things to do in the San Jose region. Santana Row is a fabulous shopping district along with numerous restaurant options. Anyone planning a trip to San Jose region should definitely consider this rental property! Can't wait to go back! Bay Area Gem on Santana Row

From my first inquiry about the condo to my last day I can't thank Ginger & Ray enough for their hospitality! Escaping the cold of the east coast...so happy to find this safe, comfortable, & relaxing space. It was the perfect space for my friends and I to gather and meet as I was visiting for the holidays! I enjoy the access to all the restaurants, shopping, gym & even the nearby spa! I can't say enough nice things about Ginger, the perfect host. Whenever I e-mailed or called, she either picked up or returned my call promptly. The condo has all the amenities that one would need for a short or long-term stay! I will definitely stay at this or one their other condos for my next stay. Thank you to Ginger & Ray for their beautiful gem on Santa Row...my home away from home!

Our visit to Ginger and Ray's condo on Satana Row

The condo was better than we ever imagined it could be and fulfilled our every need for our two week stay. It was extremely well equipped, clean, modern and it looked out onto Satana Row. It was a pleasure to open the blinds every morning. We don't think there was anything that we could have thought of extra that could have been there and would happily recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for comfortable, safe and well equipped accommodation in a fabulous setting. The underground car parking space was a big bonus. It was roomy and fully secured and there was access by lift or stairs directly to the floor of the condo. Ginger and Ray were lovely people and extremely helpful and accommodating and were happy to go out of their way to help us in any way they could. Each evening we went out onto Santana Row to shop, eat and drink. There is a wonderful atmosphere on the Row with it's many bars, roadside cafes, shops, restaurants and cinema. In fact, there are eateries of all types from takeaway food to quality restaurants. It is a vibrant, safe place to be. It kept us interested for the two weeks we were there. Nearby we could walk to a supermarket and to the shopping Mall. Santana Row also provided easy access to all the major routes yet felt a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the main highways. We have no hesitation in recommending this condo both for the accommodation itself and the position it is in. It would be hard to better. .

Santana Row Studio Condo

Condo is in an amazing location with contemporary comfortable furnishings. Walking to restaurants and cafes is a wonderful way to spend social time with friends and family. The noise level is a bit loud on weekend nights way beyond the quiet time suggested in the rental agreement. Condo was clean and spacious although the description needs to reflect there is not a separate bedroom. Ginger is an accommodating and friendly host wanting to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Chic, Charming and Clean

Loved staying here. Ginger went above and beyond to extend her hospitality. Thank you! The condo is beautiful, modern and so convenient to everything. We walked everywhere and there was a safe park for the kids to play while we enjoyed coffee and company. It was great to have a home base right in the heart of it all. Santana Row is the place to stay in San Jose with it's European charm, great restaurants, shops and people watching. We will be back again and recommend it to friends.
