Great home for large group

This home was built for short term rentals and it was a great place for a large group! Two ovens, two microwaves, two fridges, two dishwashers, two dining room tables, two washer and dryers.

Last minute getaway

Property was large enough to accommodate my big family. Love the private bathrooms in each bedroom. No one had to wait for bathrooms. Enjoyed the large great living area, Kitchen with double refrigerators, stoves, dishwasher, and tables. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the private dock. Property was located in a secluded area, quiet, and private. The charcoal grill was great. The pool was a bit small, but our kids enjoyed swimming in it after a day at the beach. Overall my family loved the property and will definitely stay again.

I really thought the home was beautiful. My family enjoyed ourselves; however, the home has many stairs, and the elevator was out our entire stay. Maintenace was called early that morning and the person on the line said that they were sending somebody; however, nobody came. My husband has cancer, and the stairs was bad on him.

Construction getaway

This would’ve been an excellent vacation spot had it not been for the construction that was going on at our rental as well as the place next door. Every weekday there was work going on from 8 in the morning and lasted until well after dark several times. Luckily we had plenty of activities planned so we still had a pretty awesome vacation. Other than the construction, we had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved upon notifying Prickett property management.

We loved the house and the space but was not impressed with the stained carpet and couches It was clear the house was just cleaned minimal prior to our arrival. I called to tell them about the stains and floors and one bed had sand in between the sheets that is understandable if we had already stayed there and had sand on our feet. For the price I thought it could have been cleaner The customer service was great otherwise when it came to cleaning the pool after the storms. Also, I wish there was closer beach access with adjoining properties or other prickett properties that allowed shared access. Overall it was a great trip
