Welcome to the Salt & Sea Inn! This professionally designed condo offers a unique and upscale escape. Enjoy top-of-the-line amenities such as a queen memory foam bed, smart tv with cable and streaming services, and a custom kitchenette. Stroll through the resort style condominium grounds, which boast two sparkling pools, private beach access, and an on-site restaurant and bar.This 1 bed 1 bath condo is the perfect accommodation for couples & friends looking for a beach getaway. The cozy bedroom offers a luxurious queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom shower. There is a smart tv with cable and streaming services. The kitchenette features a custom bar, retro fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, and drip coffee maker.
This beautifully appointed condo is conveniently located on the second floor, with easy access by elevator or stairs. A door code will be provided in detailed check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival. Enjoy a private parking garage for 1 vehicle per stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this cozy condo provides all the amenities you need.

Please note: This is not an oceanfront unit. The condo is located on the interior side of the building and does not offer ocean views. Guests enjoy convenient private beach access just a short walk away.
Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on their reservation not to exceed 4 persons. Please honor quiet hours between 9am--9pm as there are guests staying in the adjoining condos around you. Limited to 1 vehicle. Parking passe will be provided upon arrival in the unit. Please place on your dashboard for the duration of your stay and leave in your unit upon checkout.

Enjoyed our visit overall! Beachside Colony is a nice complex. The property was very close to the beach. Easy walk. The two pools were nice but wished the water was colder. Nice to have The Deck restaurant onsite that we could eat poolside. Condo was small and room for two only. Needs a chair for the bedroom since tbere is only the bed. There is a sitting area under the window but it needs cushions. The TV needs written instructions. How message the Host for help to get it working Also TV comes on by itself after being turned off for an hour or more. Had to turn the TV off multiple times during the night when it came back on and brightened the room.

Pack hangers; only 2 provided. Take a cooler to the pool if you want to save money on drinks. Go to Savannah for nightlife. Cops will pull you over on Tybee for the littlest thing, even in a golf cart; they just sit there and wait because they have nothing to do, so be perfect.

Nice for a short visit

Since it was only one bed/one bath with limited kitchen supplies, it was good for a short stay. It was clean and quiet. And the on-site restaurant fare was delicious!

While the host did make this right, the listing was very deceiving. There was black mold in the shower. There was so much soap scum on the shower doors the cleaning crew that came to clean. They could not get it off. The towels had stains all over them.These things were addressed, and we were moved to a different property however that one wasn’t much better. These are older units and they definitely need to be updated. It is on the beach and the restaurant attached is pretty good. The pools were clean, but the property itself is pretty ran down. There was dirt on the floor and tissue shoved in holes, etc. they did give us some of our money back and as I stated, they switched us to another property down the street unfortunately that one wasn’t much better. It would’ve been great to have a full refund so we could have just went somewhere else, but they did not offer that so we just dealt with what we had. I’m thankful for the location, but that’s basically it. Hopefully they update with realistic pictures and the property is updated because I would have loved to been able to stay here.

Cute, but smaller than expected

Recommend less decorative pillows (think there were 10), and more hangers (there was 1)! Also, NO ocean view! The only window looked out into a dark hall. Cute, but pics make it look much larger than it was

Relaxation and comfort

I’m obsessed with the decor and design of the suite. Perfect for a solo trips for girlies! Beach is close so you’re not dragging your stuff far. Host responds quickly and very kind. Only thing I would change is to install a multi plugin in the kitchen so you can access the toaster and coffee pot without fighting to get the plugins switch but not a big issue. Controlling the thermostat was simple. Walking distance to town and lighthouse. Highly recommend!I tried to upload my room picture but the site says they’re too large. Attached are food pictures from the on site restaurant.

I have been renting oceanfront places for 45 years. This is the worst I have had and one of the most expensive. No balcony. No view, window looks out into the hallway. No sink in the kitchen. Tiny, too small for more than 1 night. No sitting area. Not 1 comfortable chair in the place. You sat on a hard stool or the end of the bed. TV did not work and it took 2 and 1/2 days to get it fixed. Avoid this place like the plague.
