Location, location, location! This ground floor 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit is walking distance, to Shands/ UF Health, The VA Hospital, the Vet School, and UF Campus. Comfortable, Clean and Convenient with access to common Pool area.
***The bedroom has a queen size bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 4 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****
The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and comfortable living room furniture to relax after a long day. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be approved by the HOA prior to your stay.
We have 24/7 maintenance on-call.
Great place for medical professionals or loved ones helping family members in the hospital.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)******
