A great stay for families and those travelling with kids. Options to relax by the pool or on the screened deck (with lively garden view) or go out walking distance to shops and coffee and the sea. Also short drive to countless fun Sandy beaches. All the comfort of home with a grocery store next door and full kitchen we were able to save some money on eating out and still enjoy local flavours when we felt the urge. We loved our stay and would totally go back. Thank you!

Great stay for a couple in Kona

Nicely maintained property insulated from the hustle and bustle of Kona. Walking distance to plenty of food, shopping, and attractions. Easy access to the main hwy. Great recommendations in the guest book!

Kona contented

The location was central, close to the water and good restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable with nice tropical landscaping enhancing the privacy.

Perfect little getaway condo

This property was the perfect thing for our hop over to Big Island (from Oahu) for a long holiday weekend! Check in was easy and Dawn quickly answered when I had a question prior to arrival. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and also located near a lot of great restaurant options. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the screened in lanai surrounded by beautiful palms and flowers. We definitely would stay here again if we plan another visit to Kona!

The location of the condo drew us to this place and the location did not disappoint. Very easy to get to all that Kailua-Kona has to offer. However, while advertised as fully air conditioned, the unit is only in the main room and does not reach the bedroom. Some of the furniture had nails exposed and were a hazard to our 2 year old.

Aloha Brock, It was a pleasure having you stay in our Vacation Rental. We apologize about any confusion in regards to the AC. We went ahead and clarified that "There's one air conditioner in the living room." In regards to the nails, once again we apologize about that! This is the first we're hearing about this. In the future we ask that guests always contact us immediately if there's an issue. We did have to get rid of one of the chairs as one of the guests broke it.
