The condo is designed to accommodate adults and guests over the age of 25 only. It is professionally decorated to make you feel special, yet give you the comforts of home. Granite, Stone tile, maple cabinetry, designer furnishings, custom accessories, pewter and brushed nickel finishes. The condo literally opens to the sea through the wall of sliding glass back doors, with no stairs entering or exiting the condo it is extremely convenient and relaxing. ON THE OCEAN! Simply walk to the sand and ocean out your back door and easily refill your favorite beverage. This condo has been impeccably maintained as a personal vacation residence and you will appreciate and feel the difference. We welcome you to vacation at Seabox, as it is named by our family. EXEMPTIONS: Seabox is designed as a peaceful ADULT get-away. It would not be appropriate for guests under 25 years of age, large families or more than 3-4 adult guests. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Seabox is not a sport's fishermen's paradise, we request that no boats, fishing gear, or marine life, are brought inside the unit. (Kayak rental available)

About Shellie Watson
From Atlanta Georgia. I grew up traveling to 30A and Seagrove Beach to vacation since childhood and fell in love with the area. My uncle purchased this condo as a personal vacation residence years ago and rarely rented it to guests. After visiting the unit myself, I completely fell in love with it. I began assisting my uncle with leasing the condo to his close family and friends. I decided to purchase the unit from my uncle in 2011, and we have kept it in our family and listed it on VRBO in the hopes of finding nice guests that will enjoy visiting the unit to make incredible memories of their own. We love the short walk or drive to Goatfeather's Seafood Market (East location). It is our favorite place on earth. The condo is privately located on Eastern Lake Road just off of 30A on the east side of Seagrove.

Incredible shopping, dining, Golf, marinas, fishing, Art Galleries, walking and biking. This specific unit is ON THE BEACH, off of 30A, but away from traffic. Complete escape but within a mile of restaurants, shops and 3 miles from the town of Seaside! Bike or walk easily to lunch, shopping, etc or stay in for peace and quiet right on the beach!

Perfect place to stay on 30A!
This unit is perfect! Very clean, decorated beautifully, perfect proximity to the beach! Just steps to the beach! Stocked with everything you would need! Highly recommend Seabox unit 102! Can’t wait until the next time we visit 30A, we will definitely choose this place to stay!
Seabox at Eastern Shores
This was our second stay at this unit and it was as enjoyable as the last. Very nicely appointed and right on the water. Exquisite!
No one else should ever stay on the weeks we want!!!
I have stayed in this unit off and on, for two weeks every yr, for probably 15 yrs. Only time I missed was when my husband died from a horrible motorcycle accident. But I am back and ready to rent for next yr.
Great condo, beautiful view, and just steps to the beach
Literally what the title says. It was great! No stairs. The condo felt like home and it was so close to the beach!! Best place in Seagrove!
Perfect Vacation
The condo had everything you needed, although i had brought all my own seasonings and items, but that was great to know, in case you forgot something. It was just what i needed, since i have a bad knee and wanted something close to the water. Perfect! And then the remnants of Harvey brought the water even closer! We stopped at Goatfeathers when we first got there and had steamed shrimp for the days to follow. We met with others that come down regularly at this time, and really had a great time with all of them. We will be back, we loved it! We could have stayed!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location and view are amazing.
The property is very nice and you couldn't get a better view. It is also close to all the things we like to do and places we love to eat. We had a great week!

This unit is a private vacation residence, only offered to maximum of 3-4 guests who meet the following criteria: ADULT ONLY-NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. NO PETS, AND NON SMOKERS ONLY. We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your dates in advance. Your dates my be adjusted with 6 weeks written notice prior to reservation departure. Seasonal rates apply. The balance is due in full no less than 30 days prior to departure, billed through vrbo/homeaway as indicated to your email account and credit/debit card you choose. We recommend vacation insurance as recourse for ANY REASON if you should have ANY concerns about fulfilling your vacation, including unexpected damage to the property, illness, etc. Owner does not refund deposit but will happily apply to future available dates with notice as indicated.
