Frente al Golfo en Seagrove y muy cerca de Seaside! Este condominio en la planta baja ha sido totalmente actualizado con pisos de madera, electrodomésticos nuevos de cocina de acero inoxidable, muebles nuevos y 3 televisores de pantalla plana nuevos. ¡Sal por la puerta de tu sala de estar al golfo! No hay ascensores! Duerme 6. Un dormitorio principal King con baño privado completo. Dos literas en el pasillo son perfectas para los niños y la litera superior también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Un sofá cama doble con colchón de gel de espuma viscoelástica en la sala de estar. Hay un segundo baño completo que lo convierte en un excelente alquiler familiar. La unidad tiene lavadora / secadora. Disfrute de la brisa con vista al Golfo desde el patio. La cocina esta totalmente equipada. The Palms at Seagrove ofrece un ambiente familiar que incluye una piscina relajante para disfrutar después de su día en la playa, parrillas de carbón para su uso, dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla se instalarán en la playa para su uso durante su estadía. (disponible a partir de la primavera hasta el 31 de octubre). The Palms tiene un acceso privado y privado a la playa para los huéspedes de The Palms. The Palms A1

This was our 2nd stay at this particular property and I’m sure we will have more. This unit is perfectly located and within steps to the beach! Everything you need is at your fingertips and not to mention property manager is just a text or call away and responds quickly to your needs…definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful Stay

Loved this place. Very clean. Kiddos had their own bunk. It was exactly as pictured. It was pretty neat to wake up and drink coffee on the patio and see the ocean. 30 minute walks to Seaside for restaurants was a norm for our family. The umbrella service was great and the beach was not crowded for a hot July month. Can’t wait to make it back.

Location could not be any better!

On our way home from a wonderful week in Seagrove. The location is absolutely amazing. Right outside your door is a large area of grass for kids to play. About 20 steps to the top of the stairs to the beach which is about another 20 steps away. The condo is very comfortable. Kitchen has a long Island for prep. King bed is very comfortable and bunk beds were fun and comfy for kids. I have an 11 and 13 year old and they were big enough for both. Beach was not crowded and host was awesome and responds IMMEDIATELY! Super said our week is over!

Great value

We had a great experience at this unit. The photos were accurate. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, the unit was very clean and the ocean view was beautiful. Short easy boardwalk walk to the beach. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The Palms A1 condo was even better than described! The location and convenient beach access was wonderful for our family and our girls loved the green space right off the patio. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance, but also a short enjoyable bike ride to Seaside. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all that we needed. Thank you, Tanya, for your wonderful pre-arrival communication and for opening your beach home to us!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I hesitate to talk about how perfect A1 is because I don’t want the secret to get out! It was so beautifully decorated, functional, small touches that made a big difference, like the three bunk beds instead of only two, plugs and lights for each bunk, every kitchen gadget you could need, toys for the beach, even a small cooler for the unit! The condo was so convenient and comfortable. We will return year after year!!

Great stay at the beach!

The property was perfect - clean, well furnished and the beach right outside your door! My kids loved the bunk beds, especially the flat screen tv on the top bunk. Tanya was very prompt in answering all my questions. There is some noise from the gate adjacent to the unit but it didn’t bother us. The Palms are really well kept up & other visitors were very courteous of one another. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great for family with elementary aged kids!

The A-1 condo suited our family of four perfectly. The kiddos loved the bunk bed set up and we found the condo to be very nicely decorated. Bedding was nice, towels fluffy and fresh. We appreciated the filtered water from the refrigerator. AC ran cool all week and the w/d worked well. Tanya was responsive and easy to reach and helpful. We were very pleased with our accommodations!

Perfect

We had a great week at this unit. We have stayed at Palms before in a different unit and this one was much nicer. it was exactly as pictured with upgraded appliances and televisions and great WI-FI. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. Tonya was more than accommodating and was so helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The palms A-1

We have been staying on 30A for the past 4 years trying out different places. The Palms A-1 has by far been the most loved place thus far. Beachfront, ground floor, child friendly and easy beach access! We all loved it so much! It was perfect for our family! The property owner was so easy to contact regarding the reservation regarding the C-virus and we were so thankful we were able to keep our reservations! Can not wait to book our next years vacation here!

Perfect in all ways!

Every little detail was taken into consideration with this place! The communication leading up to our trip was quick and helpful with all my questions to Tanya. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed from dishes to beach toys. The quick access to the beach was perfect for our family. We were able to go back and forth easily which was super helpful with little kids. The grassy area outside the patio was ideal for kids to run around and play. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic All Around

We have been coming to 30A for several years and have stayed at countless rental properties (mostly thru VRBO). THIS PLACE HAS BECOME OUR FAVORITE - great views of the gulf, very comfortable bed (I always check reviews to see if there are comments on the bed - I can confirm the great reviews about the bed are spot on), nice updated kitchen, high quality HDTV's in both living room and bed room...I could go on and on. The ease of working with Tanya on the booking and her quick email responses made things that much more enjoyable. Truly cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo. Everything we needed was there. Very clean. Location was perfect. Neighbors upstairs were noisy, but will not keep us from returning next New Years. Tanya was very accommodating. We have travelled to this area for New Years over the past several years and we will definitely be returning to this condo. Best condo we have stayed in to date. Jim and Jackie

Perfect for kids.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Ground floor unit opens right into a grassy yard and is just a few feet from the steps to the beach. I love that the unit is so close to the beach. When something is forgotten of kids just need a break, heading back is no big deal. We had to cut our fall break short last year because if Hurricane Michael and we were called as the storm approached just to put our minds at ease and I really appreciated thar.

This condo is lovely. It was nice and clean. Decor is new, beachy and comfortable. Plenty of towels,linens, throws etc. Nice patio set and beach/pool toys,rafts etc. I hope visitors take care of everything and put it all back for the next guest. This was a very nice extra! Tanya and staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming! We will definitely come here again! Really don't even want to tell anyone about it. Ha! They included more helpful,thoughtful amenities than I've seen in a vacation condo in quite some time! There is an entire notebook overflowing with info such as attractions,restaurants, wifi info etc. Thanks guys! Great job! Our trip was fantastic!

Perfect Escape

We just completed a month’s stay at A-1, and it was a perfect home away from home. The condo is exactly as described. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed for an extended stay was provided. The condo is clean and fresh, not worn out. Everything works as it should. Kitchen very well stocked, super comfortable king bed, bunks and fold out were great as well. Washer and dryer were newer and in great shape. Plenty of towels and linens provided. The location was ideal, beach right out your backdoor. The private beach with chair service (included with the unit) was a big bonus. We brought our bikes and could bike everywhere from this location. Communication with Tanya was outstanding. She genuinely cared that our stay was perfect. Check in and out was without issues. The Palms complex was very well cared for, and we felt very safe. A perfect escape from the winter. Thank you, Tanya.

This corner unit is gulf front and ground floor. Parking outside your door for easy loading and unloading. Unit has new appliances, new hardwood floors, beautifully furnished and convenient to 30A, Seagrove and Seaside.

Gulf and beach views from you living room and patio are fantastic. Just steps to the gated beach access and lots of green space for a game or bocce ball or soccer. Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella is reserved for you on the beach during your stay. We do not provide bikes for our guests.
